Mine was the same  Set up aside  for me i got the N7 Crusader the one weapon i was missing in my  Weapon collection only one that i could obtain to  so i am happy  regardless   well that and the Fact that the Spec Prem pack after blowing i think $150  on it  finally gave me my black widow and  a +3  to my indra     and i think a +1 to my JAvelin "which i hate due to its insane Weight cap" never will use it never liked it either   i prefer my Black  widow I  Valient I or my  Widow X over it  Harpoon is alright  but i don't like holding the trigger   Like  the two shot guns the Geth plasma and i think the Graal? idr the other shotgun i'd be surprised if i said both LOL   but yea i morely wanted an upgrade to my Valiant  or Hurricane  preferably Valiant tho

Ha, too funny.  I too purchased Spec. Prem. Pack yesterday and also got the Black Widow I.  I was thrilled as I only used it in SP. It is very heavy and I am looking forward to playing with it.  My Widow is at Lv X and I just love that one.  I also agree with you the shotgun Graal (Mine's at Lv.5) is my fav. great accuracy with the right mod's and great fire rate.

I extracted with a Quarian Male Engineer on silver but got no victory pack. I play on PS# BTW. It is the second time i'm not awarded! ¬¬

I'd like an answer this time, please! ¬¬

Thanks for the heads up on the Comm. packs. Checked and got 5 med's, Pistol rail amp III and N7 Valiant II (+1 upgrade) ~ cool.

You have my pity - I received a Hurricane and Eagle, so wasn't tooooo bad, at least it means I can only get 8 more Eagles!

Really want that Valiant though - currently have Crusader I, Eagle II, Hurricane III but no Valiant

DAMN IT !!!! i contacted EA and they said the promotion is OVER !!!! so i can't get my commendation pack!!!!???

Doing Silver full of extraction with 1 Adept Phoenix , 4 Times with Vorcha Sold and Sent and 1 Quarian Engineer Male and they said the promotion IS OVER !!!!

YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME !!!! Waste My TIME already !!!

The time and date is in the announcement. If you have an internet connection to play online, you could have checked it yourself (first post in this thread, the blog, twitter). You missed it, too bad, but it's not BioWare's fault.

EDIT: Got the Valient and the Crusader in my victory and commendation packs, respectively. I also unlocked the Cerberus Adept. I really hope I can get the Black Widow and *any* of the unlockable engineers soon.

Was finally able to contact chat support and they told me to wait 24 to 48 hrs for my commendation pack. My victory pack had an eagle and a vorcha soldier.

Went to bed last night, then wake up at 1pm (in australia) find out we won (WOOO!) go to check my store, BOTH PACKS ARE THERE . Got a vorcha soldier, n7 Valiant 1, n7 Hurricane 2.

I got the Phoenix Vanguard, N7 Crusader upgrade and N7 Hurricane. I was hoping for the Male Quarian, but I'm not upset about the vanguard one bit.

I got the pack and scored me the Eagle the last of the N7 weapons I need for a complete set.

BTW who do I call for the comendation pack?
