Got the valiant. It's pretty good, I guess - don't really like sniper rifles myself. Don't like sniping in general - not enough patience.

weapons kill stats,a dream come true if BioWare adds this feature,at least for me no way u pull me out of multiplayer afterwords.i bet i'm not alone in this thou most care for achievements then accuracy and headshots,no offense intended is nothing wrong in achieving an extra badge but i think that the real competition in a game is weapons kill stats,accuracy and headshots and of course teamplay is important.but hey then again is just me

I took a pass on participating in this weekend operation, but I've gotta say that the victory packs earned by all for having achieved the community success goal, ended up being some of the best ever. I play on two different profiles, and between my twin reward packs I picked up a Quarian Engineer (male), a Vorcha Soldier, an N7 Eagle, and an upgrade to my Crusader.

Desipte  it being a bit underpowered its the Quickest Reload Sniper currently in game  for a higher Damage rate  Pop on AP mod and an extended barrel it be like the widow except faster but  i personally prefer my black widow tho  cause i don't need to worry about a piercing mod and the fact that i can increase my ammo Cap in it as well  as an extended barrel  perfect combo heh but the Valiant despite the no AP   its a good Quick Reliable weapon even for headshots  with my Quarian and Geth infliltrators  i can take them down in  1-2 shots    depending if i cloak or if i go for the head.

Wrong answer. Put on ammo mod instead of extended barrel. ammo mod + piecing

actually no its not if you know how to conserve Ammo   Armor Piercing and  the extended barrel   is the correct Choice if you Suck at shooting then its your Way  but you'll Do less damage
AP + barrel + Lvl  5 sniper gear Kit evens it out  which adds  a + 5 damge boost  to both Armored targets and un armored Targets + W.e your weapon stat is  in  your character and Tac Cloak

P.S  i have this Longer than Any one in Game  Aside from the Collectors Edition owners  So i do know what i am Talking about  Any  N7 Weapon  thats out their The Collector Edition owners knows how to Utilize  the  N7 Weapons in the basic and upgraded forms

My setup has less to do with "sucking at shooting" as you so eloquently put it, and more to do with fewer trips to ammo crates. Let's be honest, shooting in this game? Not hard.

Yes you'll obviously do less damage when you don't use extended barrel but I found the damage boost to be minor not based on numbers but on real in-game gold multiplayer experience -- meaning it didn't feel more powerful. I found the substantial lift in ammo far more beneficial in my case where I use a SI spec'd for weapon damage; no sidearm.

If you're "conserving ammo" with the Valiant, you're doing it wrong. Its dang near fully auto with reload cancel. It should be used more like a twitch long/mid range assault rifle.

In your P.S . I assume you mean you got the Valiant in the first commenation pack awarded? So did I.

Your dont need patience with a Valiant  3 shots in the magazine and INSTA reload!

 I've never automatically gotten the commendation pack, only the victory pack in my "store."  Each time, I've had to go to EA help (I use chat) and get the commendation pack delivered to my store.  Each time EA support has been very helpful, but I also pinged them as soon as it was apparant the commendation pack was not going to show up, others got burned because they waited too long to ask EA tech support for help.  This latest one, Chris was good enough to write that the commendation packs were all out and he provided a link to EA help for those not getting the commendation pack.  I suggest you go that route.  Most times, the wait for chat is small and EA tech support gets the pack to you in real time (as opposed to email).

Got my victory pack, which wasn't bad, received a Crusader. Commendation pack as always passes by me. Not so much as a problem, but I wonder is it some kind of a strategy to create workplaces? It would be much more effective to fix the issue than to keep chat support people busy with these requests.

Just one time in these victory or commendation packs I would like to pick the gun of my choice, random is ok but it get kind of old, just saying. Just one time. Please bioware. :'( I believe others may feel the same way.
