Agreed - iffy personal goal if you don't have a Rebellion class and reliant on teaming up with others to complete it. Rather have seen an extraction for either of the two Firebases included with Rebellion on Silver or above. Even just complete a delivery objective as a team for variety, don't want to see to many gold extractions or promote 3 characters to get the N7 weapons.

Oh ****, you mean you need to team up with other players in a squad based cooperative game? BioWare must be mad.

One Rebellion Char in the Squad, one Member has to make it to extraction. Its quotet a gazillion times in this thread.

According to the OP by CP, the goal in question is the "Personal Goal".

Unless you knew that Chris was making stuff up.
The "gazillion times" it has been quoted is wholly irrelevant, as the quote has no clarity of meaning. I did read the thread before posting.

Can you clarify once more because the above has me confused a bit.  For the silver objective to count, you have to have a retrieval objective in that silver mission?

No. If you survive the mission and get extraction then you get a commendation pack but if you get a retrieval mission then it adds to the total goal... so you are basically adding to both goals at the same time if you get a retrieval objective.

Oh i admire you for your skill to do gold instead of silver, like normal lowly mortals like the rest of us. God forbid if you had to spend 20 minutes of your life on a silver match to reach a video game event goal. Someone might see and devalue your skill.

but really, if i can compite in gold (instead of silver) i will just because i enjoy the higher challenge and reward; if there was no other option i would go silver no problem

This line seems pretty clear: "..,with one squad member of the Rebellion Pack classes". If it was meant that every player could only earn a commendation pack by playing as a new class it would say so? They aren't going to set a goal that a portion of the player base is completely excluded from. I know some people like to villainize BioWare, but this isn't that difficult to understand. They aren't going to deliberately antagonize the playerbase.

What do think the next Op will be?  We need a Operation Pimp, or Pimp Packs, which contain lots of Character cards full of XP and appearance plus ammo (I need more equipment), because I still don't have all color options yet!

Supposedly yes, two N7 (real N7 not ultra rare cards) are possible if we are successful.

The retrieval missions are handled similarly to killing Brutes and Banshees for the past few operations: They count on any difficulty, so everyone can participate. At least, as far as I understand it.

I'm assuming this may have already been asked, but what time zone is the server going by? And would we get a notification, like maybe on the title screen, when the operation becomes active? Sorry. This is my first N7 Bounty Weekend so I'm new to all this.

It goes by pst and I know xbox 360 will give you an operation briefing when you go into multiplayer but not sure about computer but I beleive ps3 does not.

Thank you.  I figured it may be PST.  It's unfortunate they don't do operation briefings for PSN users. :/
Regardless, I'm excited.  Hopefully PSN users are able to reach the allied goal.
