Commendation packs are sent later.

Still no Commendation Packs... BioWare, are you kidding me?
I contacted the support, and they just jerked me around, and then said: "Contact us in 24 hours, we have nuthin' in our databes regarding Commendation Packs"

You are only supposed to get 1 victory pack. Commendation pack is specific to individual achievement and are rolling out from now and should be complete by Wednesday. If you feel you completed the individual/squad goal and didn't get your pack then contact them.

My Valiant IV has arrived. Time to try it out.

I just saw my victory pack in store. I suppose Commendation packs will come later. In the other case I'll contact EA support, they were very polite last time and they gave me the "missing pack".

However I suggest to wait until tomorrow. If you see other players are getting their packs you can contact them for your missing commendation pack, just my advice

I really hope it. I got my first 4 packs without any problem then last time I had to contact EA.
However since they store the data of the matches we played they can give our missing packs in no time.
Maybed this time everyone will get their packs without problems, trying to be positive....

Hmmmm...I got the Victory Pack, and an N7 Hurricane, which is nice, but no commendation pack. I definitely got extracted from a silver challenge while playing as the project phoenix adept so I'm wondering....What Gives ?

Oh wait nvm...I just read up a few comments.

It's an important detail-- the systems never get their packs at the same time.

So, it looks like a lot of people are getting Rebellion character cards in their Victory Packs? Is that a set thing or just a giant coincidence? If it's set, I hope I finally get a Vorcha... either one, don't care, just want a Vorcha. Or Male Quarian would be cool, too, either one.

*sigh* Gotta wait 2 1/2 more hours before I can go home and check.  And then I'll be torn about what character to play tonight since I finally unlocked the Kroguard last night before I signed off for dinner. So much awesome in such a short timespan, yay!

Seems like it, I got a Vorcha Soldier in mine. Haven't seen someone get an older character card yet.

i got +5 of each equipment, a crusader I, and the phoenix vanguard. now all i am missing is the valiant, phoenix adept, vorcha sentinel, and both male quarians.
