Just got comm pack too. Valiant II, nice! A Hurricane would've been good to complete the set but since I normally play Infiltrator I really can't complain.

I did receive the victory pack however not the commendation pack. Is it normal to receive one pack at a time? I normally get both at the same time if I do receive the commendation pack what is the SOP to get it if you know you should have gotten it?

By the way, I never and I mean never use a sidearm when I have a primary as in a AR no matter how many times you guys give me pistols and pistol amps I will never use them! I am hardwired to use a pistol as a last resort so the N7 Eagle I received this time AND last time will never see the battlefield!

Sadly the norm for me the past few operations is that I have to go thru customer service for my com pack

I'd keep my hopes up if I were you!

When I logged on today my Victory Pack had already come. And after playing an hour,  my Commendation Pack arrived.

Wait until Thursday before you take the matter to the EA support.

I only receive victory not com pack so I better wait or contact EA support. Bioware please send them to us at same time. I am tired to contact EA every time for this N7 weapons.
