Ugh... I have a feeling that someone doesn't like me either at BW or EA. Although i didn't have to contact support this time and got my packs fine my 3 last pack had in them: Eagle II (comm pack from shieldwall), Crusader I and Crusader II (and i opened comm pack approximately 6-7 hours after victory pack)

Pradeep: I have checked but this commendation pack has been expired now.

you: This was just rolled out today
Pradeep: Is it.
Pradeep: Let me check again.you: It's been less than 24 hours I believe.
you: This is for the latest op that just passed, fyi.
you: This weekend.
Pradeep: Please give me just a moment while I look into this further.

So I've had two employees telling me the pack is expired. And as above even myself as a customer managed to confuse him. What the hell is going on? Not only do I have to go to Help Chat for my pack every operation.... but there seems to be a major lack of across the board, consistent knowledge of this situation week in and week out.

i dont know man. when these challenges first started, i was getting both packs at the same time. now all of the sudden i get only the victory while the guys i always play with get both.. sucks to be me i guess..

Don't feel so bad. I've never gotten my commendation pack properly. Not once. Since the beginning. Checked and researched and made sure everything on my end is correct (feedback on, installation repaired, reinstalled origin, internet connection firewall checked, etc). Here's more EA Chat hilarity just in:

Pradeep:I have checked for it and it seems to be expired now.
you:Something is terribly, terribly wrong with the system then.
Pradeep:However we also don't have this pack in our tool so that I can add it on your account.

Are you on PC perchance? If so, open up Origin, then click on the boxed up "?", which is on the left of your user id and profile picture. Another window should pop up, which is "Origin Help". Right below the header there should be a "Live Chat" option for you to click on.

I got the Valiant I and the Eagle II.. The Valiant is good, but the Eagle is just.. Terrible.

I got the new Human Vanguard which kind of sucks for me I hate Vanguards in general. But hey it's better then no new character I guess.

Operation MASTIFF (June 8th-10th)
We are dropping the new reinforcements onto occupied worlds to supplement resistance movements. Retrieving data of how the Reapers conquered those worlds is of paramount importance.
 
Allied Goal: Complete 100K  retrieval missions.
Personal Goal: Extraction on Silver difficulty with one squad member of the Rebellion Pack classes: Vorcha, Phoenix Project Defectors, or Quarian Male.
Special Circumstance: None.
 
Completion of the personal goal awards that player a Commendation Pack.
Completion of the allied goal awards all players a Victory Pack that has a guaranteed N7 weapon.

Operation Mastiff begins at 6pm PST Friday June 8 and ends at 4am PST Monday June 11

I haven't got anything, even though I completed the mission!

I got both of them too, but got them seperatly (first victory yesterday, then commendation today). I got Eagle II and Huricane II (yeah ;-D), so I'm not complaining.

I checked mp about 5:15 GMT this morning & both packs were there.

Genuine question why do most people dislike the Eagel? Iove it it's the hurricane I can't stand (use)

Have yet to get the Eagle (got Valiant III and Crusader II this time), so I can't tell if it's good or not. But the Hurricane just plain rocks on a Turian specced for stability and a stability module equipped, no recoil and a fire-rate that's god-like

Have to try it on a Turian then...is there a smg stabiliser? Can't remember seeing one in the manifest

Got two Crusader upgrades so it's at level IV now. At least it should be getting useful. Would rather one high level N7 then to have them all at level I
