Thanks Chris! i just got my pack from support. Did EA investigate why a lot of users are missing their comm packs everytime? There might be a glitch on the feedback option part? i turned it off on day one but after hearing it needs to be turned on during the first event i left it on till date. Its been glitching since event 1 and so far i just tried using the "restore to default" settings that might register my feedback as enabled now? Hopefully that would stop my packs from glitching? i dont know.

I didn't get a commendation pack since operation Overwatch eventhough I'm sure that I did the squad goal. If I know this would've happened, why do I even bother to do the weekly challenge? Just wasting my time?

why are you posting about an issue with Operation Overwatch (3 weeks ago) in the operation mastiff thread - which was quite a bit longer ago...

You have a week from the time packs are awareded to pick them up - since your just now posting about this - I'd guess you didn't get on in time to get the pack. (Current operation that just finished was Olympus btw.)
