Phoenix Vanguard, Vorcha Soldier, Krysae 1, and the Reegar 1...all the first day and one gear item. Nothing else since then. I was just happy I got the Vanguard, because I really wanted him.

But yeah...the repeat cards are BEYOND obnoxious now. Not even all of my common characters have their customizations unlocked, but the female human Adept is trolling me way after I was done with her. A couple of days ago, I got three cards consecutively for her. They should've made the customization a class thing, instead of just the individual character like the XP on the card.

It is the carrot that drives people to pay real money in hopes of quicker access to packs for unlockables. EA, I'm afraid, knows exactly what they are doing and the situation.

Hell I'm still getting retaliation characters and I've only gotten two of them. Batarian Sentinal and Geth Infiltrator. It might have something to do with which classes you play as most because those are my main two classes.

EDIT: Sorry I meant Resurgance.

I haven't gotten the GI from Resurgance. I don't have the PV, VS, or either of the Male Quarians from Rebellion.

I got the new weapons to X real quick too, and after that I barely got anything. Some millions credits later I still don't have the new QI nor most of the new gears.

It's pretty clear that it's not truly random (hence weapons going to X quickly) so it might be a case of some bugged balancing algorithm by Bioware.

If Bioware thinks giving out character cards instead of gears and ultra rares will make people stay in the game or use real money to buy the packs, they're pretty darn mistaken.

wow, that's a lot of psp's not get any of the new characters. I've had better luck thankfully, but still missing 2 characters. Gives me something to look forward to I guess, but yeah the system still does that odd thing where it makes you max out one thing before it decides to give you another thing...so I have the vorcha soldier and Quarian male infiltrator maxed or almost maxed. The Cerbs haven't been maxed out yet though, which is good I don't really use them anyway.

I wouldn't mind reegar X and Krysae X, I got 2 uncommon gear, 1 rare gear (grenade cap +1), ex-cerb adept 3 times in a row, and reegar II, to get kicked in the nuts a few more times, I kept getting characters and the weapons from the old dlc a few more times, I did however get a BW II but got kicked in the nuts again with thermal capacity +1 and the fact that everyone has the Krysae, thanks game, I would much appreciate a god damn vorcha to do that amazing fire and lightning combo before you know...

This thread makes me feel better about my luck. I have bought maybe 10 PSP since Rebellion and gotten.

2 Krysae, 2 Reegar, 1 Vorcha Soldier, 1 Phoenix Adept, 3 Male Quarian Engineers, 1 Warfighter Package, 1 Stronghold Package

and some silver Rebellion gear, Hydraulic Joints, Shotgun Amp, and 2 SMG Amps.

though i still don't have the Famel Quarian Engineer, or Krogan Soldier....but who cares about those.

edit: I also got like 15 Batarian Soldiers and 15 Batarian Sentinels, 10 geth Engineers, and like 10 Geth infilitrators, though the manifest never maxes out the Geth since the don't have a skin tone option.

Since the DLC came out I've only played 3 days, gotten ~20 total of SP + PSP and have unlocked both Male Quarians, Vorcha Sentinel, Harrier + 4 other UR upgrades, Grenade Gear and am close to max for Reegar and Krysae. Didn't save any credits either. I hope you all hate me now .

Then again, when I first got the game I didn't get a medi gel capacity upgrade or any URs for about a month.

To the OP, I recommend you vary your purchases between Spectre and Premium Spectre packs, with the occasional Veteran throw in. I've had excellent results varying my purchases that way, since I noticed I seem to get lots of repeat characters if I just spam the PSPs and nothing else. I've unlocked previous DLC characters through Vet packs...

Feel your pain Talon, I've unlocked the Krysae to 3 now (even though I don't use it anymore) the Vorcha Soldier and the 2 Cerberus when all I want is the MQI lol.

I still don't have either Asari Adept, and it isn't for lack of trying. Apparently someone thinks I really need heavy pistols that I will never, ever use.

I'd be happy to trade any shotgun, heavy pistol, smg, or Soldier for one Asari Adept. Heck, even one of my two Widows. Really.

Yeah, I noticed it too.  The RNG definitely favors weapons over character cards.  I've got all the original and resurgence weapons at lvl 10 and the reegar and krysae almost there, but I'm missing a TON of customization options for rare level characters.  Even original ones like salarian infiltrator.  Hell, I only got the (female) quarian engineer unlocked a couple days ago.

Not hard to imagine why they made the system favor weapons though.  Redundant character cards ****** people off.  A lot.

Only 100 PSP's, well it's easy to see your mistake. It's easier to get them in the SP's than the PSP's that is where I got mine. Give it a shot in your first two or 3 SP's I bet you get two Character cards at least one. Same actually applies to gear, I have not looked but you probably have al lthe gear. But it's easier to get in the SP's there was a thread about this, I tried it and it worked.

Yeah I just checked your manifest, your problem is buying PSP's, switch to regular SP's and you will start hitting on the Gear and Character cards much more often. Check my manifest, 15 regular SP's got me all the character cards and about the same amount of gear as you. Trust me, it works. Sp's for the win.

I would give you my Asari Adept, the only one I really use is the Asari Justicar Adept (it's pretty much the only Adept I use, period). An AA and an AJA as a team ROCKS, by the way. Biotic Explosions out the wazoo.
