Agree, I put 15% as an example but now that it's been mentioned many times, this seems reasonable. 

keeps the Infiltrator relevant, allows for better weapon creation and buffs to currents- solves many a problem.

As far as the rand 4 damage boost goes I might say 60%.  I say this because it allows soldiers to outdamage infilitrators (which they should as the utiliity of TC is amazing compared to AD)

Question, would the head shot damage you propose still effect prime heads, and perhaps some part of the atlas (as it doesn't have a head)?  If so that sounds good to me.  If primes still don't have a head though :mellow:....  Then I think just halving the sniper damage to 20% would be better.

Other classes aren't built to focus on weapons, infils, soldiers and some sentinels are.

Soldiers ARE meant to be weapon masters, their entire class is built that way. 

Infiiltrators by their very definition are meant to be objective takers, medics and yes SNIPERS.

As it stands now, INFILTRATORS OUTDAMAGE ANYONE WITH ANYTHING and make it impossible to make new good weps and upgrade weak ones.

I'll say it agian for you.

You can't balance your weapons around a 90-130% damage bonus ability.

Headshot damage makes no sense due to shieldgate and no boss headshots. Furthermore by doing so you are essentially saying that the infiltrator in not designed to snipe as headshot bonuses are not meant for snipers-they are overkill, redundant.

All these people who call for the cloak to cloak you better and want to pay for it with damage nerfs are the worst offenders to the infiltrator class out there.

Learn how to cap objectives, revive people and get around with the cloak you have folks, its the only true universal infiltrator skill there is: when to cloak, where to cloak, to know what you can get away with, and what you situations you should avoid.

If you cannot do that, don't play a freaking infiltrator, you're giving us a bad name.

Otherwise the infiltrator is pretty much a tech-heavy soldier who trades health for stealth and is good with slow semi autos, whereas the soldier can be absolutely brutal with full auto weapons.

Any invisibility buff would really screw over game balance, infiltrators would be unkillable, a slight damage nerf won't offset that, you'll just see more slarian Drainfiltrator builds with single shots, but those kill pretty much like any BW build, just differently.

Don't nerf the Infiltrator because the krysae and the amazing ghostbusters gun Reegar are ill conceived and way to light&common.

Missing the point? Really? I've played every difficulty consistently, I know what works well, and if Vanguard wasn't "good" like you seem to think it isn't, it would of gotten a buff. Sorry, but unless Adepts and Vanguards take a nerf bat too, don't sit here and preach to us about how broken TC is. By your logic, let's nerf ALL the classes so every class sucks.

TC cloak break damage bonus will never brop below that of the soldiers 70% due to the fact that they are designed to do burst damage-a single moment of spiked damage-while the Soldier is designed to do sustained damage; therefor the infiltrator by design has to do more immediate damage than the soldier. Anyone who asks for the infiltrator cloak damage bonus to be reduced to less than 71% is being idiotic.

Tell that to the poor Cerb troopers.  Next to the Nemesis, they're nothing really and only annoying when they lob their grenades.  Its quite like the soldier class we get to play.

Cerb trooper = Soldier
Centurion = Sentinel
Engineer = Engineer
Nemesis = Infiltrator
Phantom = Vanguard/Adept

We've already nerfed our most elite characters ie. Biotics, so I guess Infiltrators are next on the list.  Soon no class we get to play will be better than the Cerb trooper.  Count me a sad panda when that day comes. :alien:

Your agrument is flawed by the fact the TC damage bonus lasts seconds after the cloak brakes.

And AR duration last longer than TC's cloak damage. Your whole post is illogical. I get it though, you want weapons that don't require aim to be great, and become the most used weapons. Good job OP.

I use a Quarian Engineer (female), and snipe with a Mantis, and I frequently outscore Infiltrators at their worst.

Why? Skill, tactics, and effective use of my character's abilities/powers.

That being said, Tac Cloak is the Infiltrator's specialty and SHOULD. be the basis of their strategy, much like biotic combos are for biotic classes. They excel at long range, but they aren't the only class that can snipe. As I said before, I put Infils to shame with an Engineer.

Infiltrators nor their weapons don't need to be made worse, players need to not only build their skills and tactics, but learn to work together, and step outside of their class boundaries once in a while. Works quite well for me. . .

spike damage? what are you talking about? Damage buff lasts 3 seconds, and TC's cooldown lasts 3 seconds too. So it's almost constant damage buff. Even HS has only 5-8 sec

it still will be, it just won't hinder all other classes weapon wise.

I have debunked all agruements and dissmissed all childish troll posts agianst my ideas.
