I bought the

Exhaled Prince

and

Mark of the Asssain

I got never one as a companion. I did do one mission with Zeran from Orgins. Where are they located now I am into ACT  3 close to the ending and never got these.

Where do they start?

The Exalted Prince begins in Act 1 when you go to the Chantry during the daytime. You then have to start the quest by clicking on the notice Sebastian posts to the Chanter's board. You then hunt down several groups of mercenaries around Kirkwall, which unlocks Sebastian as a companion in Act 2. If you haven't done that, then you can still go to the Chantry to meet with Sebastian and get the Act 3 quest "Faith."

Mark of the Assassin starts whenever you want it to, even post-game. There's a lion statue in your house that you click on to begin the quest.

Damn, I gotta walk back and re-do entire game again..sigh

Sebastian should be in the Chanty with the ability to start his quest(well not the personal ones) all the time, even well into Act 3. There is no quest marker over the Chantry?

I restarted this run in this time as a mage. Where is the mark of assian one?

The lion statue is found in Gamlen's house in Act 1 and the upstairs west wing of your mansion in Acts 2 and 3.
