hi, i recently create a new warrior caracter and i plan on using the the vanguard berserker/reaver build of arelex. but i have some question about the berserk specialisation and his dammage bonus in term of calculation and some other thing related to it.
so, i was asking myself if my warrior has +stamina item did he will do more damage than without these + stamina item or if the bonus of berserk take only the stamina added via willpower.
thanks in advance for your answer.

Stamina from any source will be added to the damage bonus. So yes, equipment with +stamina bonuses should be your priority

Upgraded berserk gives 0.75 base damage for every point into willpower, so not including the base damage from strength and the extra 50 stamina you initially start with, a willpower berserker will have more base damage for their first 33% of their stamina pool - after which they will start to have less base damage than a pure strength setup. This is a considerable difference by the later levels, since 100 strength will give 45 base damage while 100 willpower will give ~67.5 base damage.
The other thing to consider though is sustains - sustains severely impact the stamina and thus damage of a willpower berserker which means that they miss out on bonuses like might (extra +10% damage, +25% crit damage) and bravery (+5% damage for every enemy after the first, +3% crit damage for every enemy after the first).
This means that a pure strength berserker can get considerably more damage modifiers happening if they are completely surrounded by enemies and are specced/equipped to have a high chance to crit. However, damage modifiers are only applied at the end, and the berserker's base damage affects the raw amount of damage from abilities before modifiers - so as long as you keep your stamina near full you should be dealing superior damage (as long as your hits connect)

@Mr afk- would a hybrid str/will build do well? Like pump str enough to at least minimize glances vs. grunts then put the remaining into will and look for +stamina gear.

Yeah, pumping enough strength so you get at least 100% against basic grunts is a good idea.
Pretty much every berserker build out there uses a hybrid str/will build to get the most out of it. I was just answering his question comparing a hybrid berserker focusing on willpower compared to a berserker focusing on strength (and presumably ignoring stamina levels and using berserker mainly for the abilities). And the willpower wins, although sustains etc can make a full strength build comparable.
Full willpower is more just for mucking around with the arishok duel (where you don't need to rely on auto attacks) or if you're using Baron Arlange's Sword (electric sword from mota which has the rare property 'enemies can't dodge attacks'). That sword's not all that amazing though (unless I'm been biased by comparing it to DW rogues) - here's the very unoptimised xebenkeck run I did trying out a full willpower berserker with that sword:
Anyway, you don't even need to get the +stamina gear. Since you probably have to miss out on all the nice sustains (might/bravery) you might as well try and recoup some of that lost damage modifiers with armour/accessories.

I've checked that sword out. It's crappy for me. No rune slots for primeval lyrium rune and doesn't improve with level up. I think I'll be sticking with edge of night with fadeshear/hawke's key as the alt vs spirit immune enemies. When you say lost damage modifiers, I presume you mean +attack speed, +elemental dmg, +crit% and +crit dmg? I'll try out pumping will. Would increasing dex though (for crit) be better dps wise than increasing will? My warrior run still has legacy and mota left undone.
