Is it at all possible to relocate the folders that contain the character data, including saves, addins, etc?

Right now it defaulted to where my OS is installed, which unfortunately is a very small drive and it's eating up almost 1GB of space at the moment.. Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
