I just carried the team through a hacking mission by myself. Eveyone else died. I completed it and then was killed by 2 Phantoms. Then after, I'm kicked because I "Have no skill" UGH the community annoys me so much some times.

As I said on another thread earlier today: Xbox PUGs are the best possible argument for inexpensive and widely available birth control.

(I got kicked in the post-game lobby earlier this evening for kill-stealing... with Biotic Explosions.)

Did the same, some people went into silver and were level 12 and 19, I don't like to assume people are bad so I didn't kick them, I went into the game and they died in the first wave. Just saying that I was playing as a Drell Adept (I've seen tutorials to use him well) so I wasn't playing the most supportive roll in the game. In the end we died at level nine and because I didn't revive them one time I was blamed for losing the game.

You know, I don't want to be the "PC vs console" guy, but I've never had anything like this happen on PC. Mostly no one talks at all, and I've certainly never been kicked for completing an objective.

I always have at least one friend playing with me, so kicking is never a problem. I think you're on my friends list, by the way.

You have somewhat of a right to believe that. "Bads" are, in my honest opinion, more prevalent on consoles. I play on 360 and I can say firsthand the average skill level of most players regardless of N7 ranking is rather low.

the only profanity I've heard in PC was "Cerberus adept sucks ****s" lol
and I've never been kicked for shallow reasons

I play xbox and I have never encountered such silliness. The "worst" I had was a person who knew that his skill was not up to par but gladly cooperated with everyone and thanking everyone for the effort.

I don't usually get kicked though, they usually leave. But that usually only happens on gold when you get some random players who don't play gold very often and after playing they remember why they don't play gold very often.

But if you finished the objective, you got them the creds so rally they should be kissing your... the screen they should be kissing the screen and saying thank you well done.

I think it's just because more kids and casual gamers have the console games.

Building/maintaining/upgrading/etc a gaming PC is generally done by people who are more serious about their gaming or old enough that they should be more mature.

A lot parents buy their brat kids a console to be a babysitter, so we end up with a lot of idiots and children on them.

Not me. I constantly yell racist and sexist things over my kinect with Eminem and Pdiddy playing in the background.

Oh, and I'm playing in the Kitchen, as every Kinect user does. Pots and Pans ferdayz over here. If it seems like I'm on an acid trip during the middle of a match, dont worry. Its just my neighbor that's come over to say hi.

Almost the same thing happened to me last night on a silver game - I died trying to hold the hack by myself because nobody else even went to the zone ( used 4 medigel and three rockets ) but got swarmed by pryos from each side.  Then we get to the lobby I immediately get two kick votes.  I got the two votes and said "screw you guys, you left me alone in the hack zone" and I left the lobby.  I have no idea what they expected me to do, hope I never see them again...  Maybe the same knuckeheads who kicked you...

And that helps. Its funny when I see 2 people trying to kick my friend and one sends me a message saying "Kick this guy, hes bad, yo"

I was on one night with no mic when a pair of adult stoners, antagonized a messed up HS kid into talking about suicide. They are no longer on Xbox live, some sick nut jobs on live, some good people too. But they should have a thing for adult game play only, teen game play only, and under 13 game play only.

I tried that once. My team was slaughtered at the beginning of the round. I only managed 3/4 of the hack.PUGs are a gamble.

I play on Xbox, I feel I can safely attest that most people you meet will be either semi-retarded or enourmous ****stains on society. But some nondouches exist.

I only play with friends or people with no mics. Kinect mic users get muted then kicked. Its nowhere near as bad as call of duty lobbies tho. That thought helps me keep a perspective.

This is true. Also, their manners can be severely lacking.

I was called a "greedy f-----" when playing a Krogan Vanguard, because apparently, I should have just stood on the sidelines and let that other Kroguard kill all the enemies by himself. When I told him over the mic that is doesn't matter who kills what since it's a TEAM EFFORT, he claimed the individual medals were super important and I was a "effing kill stealer". That's the only time I have ever quit a match early, as I wasn't going to stay and listen to someone cursing at me.

Xbox randoms really know how to show a girl a good time.

@TCG so you think Justicar is bad for not clutching wave 6 alone? Om, so how does that make you any better when you died DURING the wave with more teammates? If you ask me, your ego is inflating your skill level. A good comparison would be ice in water; when the ice melts the water level drops.

Says the person who wiped before we finished the objective that I had to. Thanks for posting but you shouldn't talk crap when you died on the beginning Wave 6.  So bye.
