Well, considering I didn't decide to charge a phantom, you are wrong again.  she swiped at my friend snake, then I turned around right into her and bam, i was dead.  report me b/c you couldn't clutch a wave with one of the best setups in the game? sweet

So now it's your friend "Snakes' fault you were dead. Yet your blaming this person. Lets see turned around and walked right  into a Phantom that was swinging at your friend who was right next to you and Flarion is clueless.

Let me explain it to you like you were 12. It's not this persons fault or that persons fault it's your own fault you got nailed. Stop blaiming everyone else for your mistake. Sounds to me like your having a temper tantrum because you messed up and got killed and are now blaiming everyone except yourself. Maybe if you had been paying attention you would not have walked into a Phantom standing right next to you.

Do you always act this way when you mess up? It's never your fault is it? It's always everyone elses fault. Grow up just a little, suck it up and apologize for being a tool. That would actually be impressive if you did that.

Can you read? I didn't blame Snake, I simply explained what happened, something Flaeron failed to do in the OP.  If a player can't clutch a Wave 6 with 5 medigel with one of the best if not the best classes in the game, i will kick him 100% of the time.  Unless he is a friend of course.

Flareon, I feel bad for you. Sucks when people are ungrateful for your efforts, and they can make all the excuses they want but the simple fact is you were the last one standing.

Also, I applaud your discretion in not naming and shaming, unlike the other person who has turned this thread into an arena for personal attacks and making himself look worse and worse with each successive post.

I think this thread should be locked since you shouldn't have to be repeatedly insulted. And if we're playing together and I die at the start of the wave I won't kick you for not picking up all my slack as if it were your goddamn full time job, seriously!

Heres a protip, points mean exactly squat, what does matter, completing the objective, something he succeeded at and you didn't. Only scrubs point to the scoreboard as proof of skill or lack there of.

Points are kind of irrelevant when you're dead. and 10k can be made up fairly quickly... And if you weren't playing the wave then obviously Flaeron was making a greater contribution than you were. I think it should be fairly clear that being arrogant and rude makes you look rather immature.

I do see your point, but you are framing it agressively and turning everyone away from your side. Most people don't look fondly on people who boot for lack of skillz anyway so you're fighting an uphill battle anyway. You may very well be a much better player than JF but you are framing yourself as a far worse human being.

Tripenitence and Flareon, I have played with both of you. You guys rock.
People like this guy are unfortunately part of the problem with MP gaming, and a huge reason why I generally avoid it.
Gaming is a HOBBY, for FUN and RECREATION. Not a job, not life or death and certainly not a justification for people who hate themselves or their mommies to rip people so they feel a bit better about themselves. No matter how hard they try, I will not tolerate videogames being used as a tool for childish bullying.
If you are in a random match and encounter someone who is lacking in certain skills/techniques, it is your DUTY as a gamer and a healthy member of ADULT society to give them a pointer in a gentle way. Anything less is juvenile/training for prison and if we decide we simply will not accept it then we do not have to. Period.

He was soloing the wave, and managed to complete the objective--earning credits for everyone, including you.

From your own description, your Drellguard died early in the wave while back-to-back with a squadmate for reasons which were totally not your fault, honest! But when Flareon bleeds out after soloing the objective wave, that makes him so bad that you're unwilling to continue playing with him.

Let's recap: when you die in an easy situation, it's not your fault. When someone else dies in a difficult situation, it makes him terrible.

Points do not equal skill.  Often people get points because the do things that are risky and they get away with it because others cover them. In this case, your playing forced others to cover for you.
