And sadly he doesn't agree with us. Every experienced Gold player uses it.

I never used to use it, I pretty much stuck to sniper rifles only. But then, one day I tried it out of boredom... My god. I never went back. There's just something about 1 shoting brutes on gold. Nothing is a threat with that Claymore in hand.

I use both weapons in Gold. Both are quite handy, and my Saber is only level 3.

I don't think so, besides I said "I have the Saber IV, but still prefer the Claymore" and you got mad at me. You're the one who started all of this, I was just expressing my opinion.

This thread has nothing to do with the claymore...or this gun is better than that, waaah gold elitest this and that. It was about the saber. Godforbid I enjoy the gun and don't just look for the best gun evar.

Yes, Sdrol has a habit of doing that. I was originally on his side, much to the protest of my inner conscience. But then he went and responded to me with that "Oh #@^ you, you elitist" vibing response, and I was backed right again with my dislike for him. I though, oh hey, I'll give him an example of why this gun is also good. And all I got was, "I dun care about your l33tness".... T_T

Edit: It may be that he doesn't like people who are better than him. As I've seen in a number of other threads, threads that have gotten him banned even, to where he was responding to OP's with things like the "Waambulnace" meme. One girl had gotten a high score, and the other three had almost no score, (I mean like 10k) And she asked if they were leeching/trolling etc. And he didn't even take the time to write out a response...

When did I come in waving around my leetness? MY first response was OP related, everyone was saying how they didn't like the Saber, I said the saber is a fine gun... Then someone chimed in with the Claymore also being a fine gun. And I was like, hey, it is! Here's an example.


Because "Well, if I hit them in the head with my Saber V, they die in 1-2 shots,
depending on whether or not they have shields. So it's basically a 14
shot Black Widow with 60 rounds total and the option for no scope.
" Just screams I'm elitist.

I was using it on a Human Soldier. But then, HS isn't exactly Soldier!Shepard (i.e. I can't use it the way I use it in SP) so I'm kinda stuck. Currently finding a class better suited to it. Krogan Sentinel/Soldier, perhaps? Vorcha Soldier sounds good, too.

Pretty much. If I was going to be elitist, there would have been no discussion, just a video of me fliping cart-wheels dual weiding knifes into people eyes and staring at Banshees untill they preformed Seppuku with their own hands. Actually, I think that may have been a little overkill. But I think I made my point, I provided an example, of which you actually provided he same example, and he, well... Yeah...
