Oh awesome!

1). My Shepard killed the rachni queen. When flying to the rachni mission w/Garrus & Vega, Garrus and Shep had the "we saved the queen...why would she attack us now" dialogue. Luckily the rest of the mission played out correctly.

2). My Shepard kept the Collector Base. During the first dialogue w/The Illusive Man on Mars, part of TIM's dialogue doesn't trigger and his arm starts flailing around crazily.

Not that seroious but still kinda annoying. Sometimes when choosing weapons before going on a mission all earlier equipped weapons are removed and you are left with only the predator heavy pistol (on Shepard only). If you do not notice that you have to restart the mission and repick weapons.

This happens after missions where you use a special weapon, like the targetting laser and the gun you use in the Grid.

Not a bug. This is done by design because it would take too long for the animators to take every weapon combination into account. This was present in Mass Effect 2 as well.

Can anyone remember a specific instance during dialogue scenes where there's a shot of empty space rather than the character who's talking? I remember it happening once or twice but would need to replay to work out exactly where.

I also have some minor but pervasive lipsynch / audio problems, but that might be my less than stellar hardware - ME3 is the first in the series I've had to play on my midrange laptop instead of a proper gaming PC.  EDIT: Can also confirm the getting stuck in Normandy cockpit bug during conversations with EDI and especially Joker (this is on PC).

Most of the important bugs are already mentioned, though there are more blips on the Importing save function I believe, but I dn't have examples.

However, I would like to note that it is awkward targetting people and items to talk to/collect. In previous games it was handled very well, and there was a decent distance you could do it from, but this time it's plain irritating.

I get a bug where I get stuck in the cockpit after talking to EDI (any mission really) if I'm not extremely carefull with Shep's positioning. Shep can't move after the conversation and I must re-load a save. X-box version.

Probably, not a bug, but I had some issues with Barla Von (Citadel quest). Could not find him to turn in mission, though map told me he was still there. I remember where he stood - there was nobody and journal still told me to talk to him, and I 100% had this mission done. Probably, has something to do with the fact that I tried to turn quest after coup.

I have a bug in rachni cave i cant see the animation of team's fall, i see the shepard face stopped but i can hear sound and after i m in other position, this not compromises the mission or the game, only animation is bugged!

As far as I can tell, there's no way to complete this quest BEFORE the Cerbarus attack" - it is possible but you have to go pick up the squad and head back to the Citadel BEFORE starting Tuchanka. Since the team is in Tuchanka's star system, it's very rare for people to pick them up and NOT head to Tuchanka.

Mainly, Shep gets stuck on the bridge and can't move after talking with Joker and Edi. Some NPCs are not drawn in, so Shep is talking to "an invisible friend." Sometimes, heads look away from the person they are talking to (Shep and Liara and Glyph). As always the chosen/equipped weapon is not reflected in cutscenes. It's always the M8 Avenger or the Shuriken or the Predator. One other bug - when you're talking to two CSEC officers on the Presidium Commons after the Cerberus attack, regardless which one you support the Citadel Defense Force update always reads: "CSEC spends more time on investigating petty crimes and its efficiency against major threats is diminished" or something like that. Javik talks about "the Legion machine" even when Legion is Geth VI because you gave him to Cerberus in ME2. Some things I've just missed because I haven't always talked to everybody after every mission. Can't think of any more right now.

 When speaking to Tali during Priority: Rannoch, Shepard hands Tali a rock. When picks it up, it there, but when he hands it to her it disappears. It pretty much ruins the moment.

There are some other bugs I will mention later, as I can't think of them now.

- Liara not recognizing Lair of the Shadow Broker. We bought the DLC, we'd like it to work :D

- Tali's invisible rock on Rannoch

- Ken/Gabby not happening if you saved Kaidan in ME1

- Tali's romance happening even if she dies

These are the biggest immersion breakers I can think of.

1. The secret between shepard and the dalatress to sabtroge the genophage that if u picked the paragon dialogue, at some point shepard turns his back or sideways to the dalatress while still speaking to her as if shepard has leg problems to keeping himself to look straightly at the dalatress. The renegade option wierdly plays just fine.

2. Aria: Blue Suns sidequest as soon as I completed the sidequest, the sidequest tells me, I got the blue suns, but when I got to the war room to check my war assets, it says that I don't got the blue suns.

3. Pritority Earth when I faced a reaper (and other enimies to stop u) to launch the thanix missles and then killed the reaper. If I didn't kill the banshees, I could see their biotic barrier being played in background in a cutscene when Anderson comes and finds me.

During the Citadel Coup, when Thane first makes contact with you after Bailey gets back into the system his dialogue just cuts out when you open the door to proceed.

The Liara/Glyph staring contest that's been mentioned.

During the Citadel Date with Ashley, I don't know if the animation is funky or what but Shepard always kisses her eye, not on the lips. It's awkward.

When on the bridge and after talking to EDI and when you try to walk out of the bridge, Shepard goes flying up in the air but then comes back down once you clear the area around her chair. Not a big deal, but still.

This happened to me on Tuchanka when curing the genophage but for some reason Garrus just suddenly disappeared. As in, I only had one squadmate. He wasn't available on the power wheel nor could I issue commands to him. It was like he disappeared into thin air despite me selecting him. It happened right before Wrex/Eve talk to you on the radio right about the Kalros' plan and you fight the brute and a few ravagers..

The two Normandy Crew members next to the scanner - their conversations don't always trigger. I had to reload to actually hear them speak each time.

Yes, that's another one I can verify on PC.

I've had alot of similar bugs but one I haven't seen reported was a game stopper on Thessia. The first time I played the thessia mission in the beginning of the mission where you have to hop on the gun turret and kill everything if you use the turret to kill all the brutes and husks the sequence that follows won't trigger. I found a work around by killing everything but one husk, getting out of the turret, and killing it with my own weapon but I thought I should mention it.

SP but not exactly a story-based bug, so I'm not sure if it's on the table for your meeting: I've also had squadmates getting stuck during Priority: Earth. This is just after you clear the apartment and enable a squad to advance, then you take a fairly big drop down to street level and fight your way towards some shops.  Once neither of my squadmates was willing to follow me down. They eventually respawned  after the next cutscene, I think when you reach the Thanix Missile trucks.

-- The Journal System needs to be fixed. A system similar to ME1's journal (aka: tell us when the data is collected and where to deliver it)

- Label missions are timed or not

- Shepard's weapons in cutscenes is completely different to what I'm wielding (seems related to whenever Shepard is in an area with enemies). aka: I'm using a Revenant, but suddenly I have an Avenger instead

- Engineering dialogue won't trigger, if in ME1 romance with Ashley

- There seems to be some discrepancy between where the gun is pointing and the reticule is

- Matriarch Aethya still refers to me as Liara's boyfriend...even if I'm in a romance with anyone else.

- Ashley doesn't seem to have visible reaction between buying chocolates or tennyson.

- Ashley and Shepard seem completely engrossed in Glyph...even during conversation. Will actually crane their necks around to watch 'im fly.

- There is a spot between EDI and Joker in which your character freezes...I shouldn't be running for the door whenever I talk to any of em.

- Audio bug during the Priority: Earth. When the final charge begins (aka: Turians start chucking grenades, Krogan start shooting husks and whatnot), for that cutscene all I hear is the music, no SFX whatsoever.

PS: As much as I rage on the forums, kudos to the tech guys for making ME3 run better than ME2. I don't know how you guys did it, but I'm able to run ME3 with all the candy vs ME2. Thank you

Also Balak.

- Claims to be funneling data to the Batarian fleet in order to track Reapers...but mission dialogue points to Balak just targeting humans instead. Is Balak still a jerk to humans in the middle of an intergalactic war for survival? Or is he lying?

On the Geth Dreadnaught there are some very long ladders you have to slide down. Shepard approaches the ladder, and then several seconds of the sliding sound are heard as shepard stays stationary at the top of the ladder, and then shepard suddenly appears at the bottom. Observed this on both my and my wife's playthroughs, both genders of shepard.

Every time during the disappearance animation of a blue hologram (difficult to describe visually, it's when a discussion with Hackett or Anderson in the comm room ends and the hologram picture goes all *bzzzt* before disappearing completely), framerate drops down to 1-2 fps, but the dropped frames seem to be cached and catch up after the animation ends.

I've also seen the Invisible Rannoch Rock, the Invisible Tali Romance Mask and the Glyph Head Turn bugs. I'm on PS3.

Something I haven't mentioned yet:

Sound effects in prerendered cutscenes are much louder than the in-game audio. Tested this on two different PCs with different sound cards. One has 5.1 speakers, the other 2.1 stereo.
