This. My Shepard is like Linda Blair in the Exorcist.
Most seriously, even with patch, I can't correctly import all my Shepard faces from ME2 to ME3. It's the main issue I have, in addition with the bugs noted above by the other players (except the ending, of course).

One that bugs me though, is after saving the council and talking to bailey the camera holds over empty space for a good few seconds for no apparent reason. I can only assume it was meant to show a squadmate walking, but I've yet to see anyone there.

Was rather annoying, and had to reload a few times until it finally (somehow) registered.

Occasionally when the user is at a hub (citadel/or on earth) the User is unable to correctly trigger any dialogue from a squadmate. The character will be able to be selected, but no dialogue ever begins, not even a greeting will be heard. If user use's the Kinnect to trigger the dialogue, nothing happens, but the microphone icon will display properly. The user experiences this bug mostly with James, but all characters have been prone to this bug.

An interpretation of the Joker scene is: If he's thinking about romancing EDI, he's getting advice about it. If he's merely lusting after the robot sitting next to him, he's asking for mental suggestions and explicit materials for his own purposes.CDRSkyShepard wrote...
Oh, Ken and Gabby, yeah...they don't romance each other if Ashley isn't alive and on your crew.
Also, sometimes if you have Conrad Verner in your game Aethyta doesn't show up at all. I never found her. Apparently the Conrad Verner inclusion has something to do with it. IDK. All I know is that she never showed up in my game in either of the two PTs I did and I talked to her as much as I could on Illium in ME2.
Edit: I don't know if this is a bug or not, but the Joker/EDI romance "dialogue" (ie Joker asking Mordin for advice, etc) happens no matter if you discourage the pairing or not. I've encountered that in all my games and thought it was odd.
Aethyta is not available after the Cerberus coup. You have to talk to Liara first and get the Wet Squad mission from her, leave the Presidium Commons and return later before the Cerberus coup. She will be at the cafe bar near Liara. (It is not necessary to leave the Citadel altogether after talking to Liara that first time.)
One of her bugs is, if Shepard saw her watching Liara in LotSB, that she doesn't have enough time to state that she's Liara's father. Shepard, then, gets the surprise response option "Father?". Luckily, it shows in subtitles and if the player waits to decide on a response, the subtitle appears regardless of the subtitle setting in the game options.
- I'll throw my vote for the Engineering Flirting+Ashley bug as well.
- Hammer always failing.
- Krogans always present for Hammer.
- Nothing showing how the Crucible gets from Charon Relay to the Citadel.

and the invisible rock on Rannoch.
there are also several cutscenes where one/more of the characters turn their heads at impossible angles to look at someone - their chin actually rests behind their shoulder... if someone's head is turned that far around, i'd better be watching The Exorcist or someone should have two hands on the head and are snapping the neck.

I also had many of the same problems others noted
- My Shep woulld still get stuck on a point on the bridge right behind Joker's seat (even after the last update)
- No Ken/Gabby romance without Ashley
- Head following Glyph instead of Liara in Liar's quarters (first meeting only)

When talking to NPCs that continue to type (like Traynor for example), they often turn their heads with their chin beyond their shoulder. It almost looks as if a second animation is morphing into the initial "turn head towards shepard" position.bahamutomega wrote...

I'll second the invisible rock as well.
I'll second the "Glyph" bug as well. Once the dialog is chosen, the two attempt to look at Glyph for the remainder of the conversation which can be behind Shepard or off to the side.

This. If there is a bug that keeps that supposedly cut dialogue with Ashley from firing, please fix the bug =) As hungry fans, we always welcome access to more content ^^SuperVulcan wrote...
Also, could it be possible to look over some of the dialogue that was cut from the game and implementing back in to Mass Effect 3?

There are several times during the Hanar Diplomat mission where Shepard or Kasumi's dialog cuts out before completing. It is random. My observation *guess* is it coincides when some peripheral environmental sound begins (like a news broadcast or ambient chatter).
The same happens when tracking down the Batarian codes leading to Balak (can't remember the mission name).
The same happens in the Volus Diplomat mission.
This happens with non-cutscene banter with many NPCs that might have long dialogs (such as during Conrad's confusion over thermal clips, both Shep or Conrad). So far, I do not recall hearing and proximity-triggered non-cutscene dialog getting cut off. It seems only non-cutscene player-activated dialog gets cut, but it does happen with mission-related non-cutscene dialog. It seems to be worse if Shepard's running around.
With Zaeed alive and loyal for the Volus Diplomat mission, the gunfire sounds start very soon after finding the wrong door even before the appropriate dialog begins. It seems that it should begin shortly before Shepard reaches the correct door. (Also, there's simply not enough travel time if Shepard runs to the second door to hear the conversation where the mercs turn on Zaeed even if the player checks every door for an active icon on the way, though locks on every door would help extend the time -- perhaps bypass locks that say "wrong door" to extend it even further. Heh. For kicks, make it always the last door Shepard can check.)

I am on the Xbox 360 and have problems with the game freezing up for about 30 seconds after certain conversations. It specifically happens after talking with anyone in the War Room or with Diana Allers. It also happens frequently when I press X to skip the end conversation dialogue. The screen will freeze for about half a minute then resume like normal.

Edited to add...
Sometimes in speaking cutscenes with Shepard and whomever she/he is talking to. Shehard's head is turned to the side and not towards the character she/he is talking to.
