Idk if theres already a thread for this, but today when I bought a Premium Spectre pack the SMG Rail Amp did not show up when I tried to upgrade my weapon 

I just noticed it 5 minutes ago so I'm not sure how long this has been going on, but it would explain why some of my weapons/weapon upgrades are ridiculously low, especially since I've been playing multi since it release.(Have a Paladin 5 while the M-8 Avenger sits at 1, SMG only has 4 upgrades, etc)

Also I only save up from Premium Spectre Packs/Spectre Packs so if those are glitched then that might explain it.

Any help would be appreciated.

NVM problem solved, the SMG amp was actually a Gear bonus(not a weapon upgrade as I thought) and I just unlocked some of those other weapons/upgrades I mentioned by buying good old recruit packs.
