Wasnt sure which forum to post this in . So apologies if its in the wrong place.

I purchased  800 Bio points through the Origin store  I wanted to get For Ashes DLC   I cannot get access to the download page on my Origin account even though i have enough points.

It keeps getting hung up on the buy now page. I contacted support who were very polite but I had already taken all the ussual steps scanned for viruses ,checked my firewall setting, cleared my cache and temp folders, uninstalled and reloaded the game and origin etc.etc.  but  they couldnt solve my problem. They suggested i try usung another computer to download the DLC. (not very practicle as a solution)

I downloaded all DLC for ME 2 with no problem through Bioware with the identical PC and set up. As soon as Origin got involved it al started to fail

I have had enough of Origin so i have uninstalled it. Obviously that means i can no longer play ME3 which is a shame as it is a great game.

Needless to say that although i have purchased quite a few EA games in the past i wont be buying anymore that have to be launched through Origin.

Thx for the link, But it just refers you back to the Origin in game DLC menu for ME3. Can anyone tell me if i can transfer the Biopoints to another account. Icant be bothered contacting origin to get a refund so maybe someone else could use them.

I'm actually having a similar problem. I just bought 20$ worth of BW points, but they won't show up on Origin, and I'm not wasting another 20 dollars. Any suggestions?

Okay, here is a solution that you guys may not have tried yet, if you have I'm just throwing it out there.

Launch Mass Effect 3, and let it all connect and all that jazz

Go ahead and click the Downloadable Content menu in the main menu

try buying it through there, if it works great if you already tried it, I'd say contact support or re-install Origin

that just made my day lmfao, good video, but all things set aside, have you tried buying it on another PC through your origin account? it could be your PC having those issues

Idown load stuff all the time from Steam and other game sites and I dont have a problem. I never had a problem Buying or down laoding direct from Bioware so..... if it is my computer that has a problem it is specific to Origin. Thanks for your help but this will be my last post as i have deleted all my ea games and orifice....oops sorry i mean origin. Shame i cant transfer the BW points to someone elses account. At least that way they might be some good to someone

PS glad you liked the vid
