I have been trying to find information about this, but I haven't been very successful. How is XP awarded? Does enemies/events give a set amount of experience which is divided among the party members, or do you always get the same experience regardless of how many you have in the party?

What I want to know is; Can you reach a higher level if you only run a duo as opposed to a normal party of four?
