I'm wondering what happened to Power reset cards... haven't dropped out of any pack I opened for a while. And I ask that because it's annoying to have a character with a pre-picked skill that I don't want (Marksmanship on Turian Soldier, for example). It also prevents me from having 4 skills maxed out :\\

Same thing for myself, and I open tons of packs. I think they took them out to force ppl to promote. I have no proof of that. Just my 2 cents

Haven't those been changed from rare to uncommon a while back?

By veteran packs and they should show up. Not getting them very often though, and for that I'm thankful.

I get one in the next 2 or 3 SP or PSP I buy after I use one. I am maxed at three at the moment and every time a use one it shows up in my SP's instead of the gear equipment I rather get.

If you already have three of them they won't drop. When I useed a power reset card on my Krogan Vanguard I got one of them in the next 4/5 Spectre/PSP I opened.

If you want to get them asap, try veteran packs. If you have less than three they should appear.

I got 3 of these cards in 8 psps... they are really annoying!

You have to buy veteran packs to have a better chance of getting them now.

Yep. I've been buying a bunch of Vet packs lately, and have managed to get  2-4 in the past few days.

They did changed from rare to uncommon. Check balance changes.

Well, I haven't had any for a while, but I've only been buying PSP's, so that might explain it.

edit: and an occasional Jumbo pack to restore my consumables.
