I forgot my password for my DA:O account and for my email account as well (I created it especially for DA:O:blush:) I haven't played DA since september 2010... And now I wish i could play it again, but I can't because I can't verify my DLCs ... First, I would get the password to the email account reset. The reason being, is that if you get your EA account reset they will probably send the details to that email account. If you can't do the former, you're less likely to get it all working.
In either case, resetting the EA/game acount can only be done by EA, not anyone here. Use info in the stickies or the relevent link at the bottom of the page to get to EA help.

Sounds like you need to either contact help.ea.com or the help for your e-mail service. Not a lot we can do for you here...this is a tech forum for the game itself.
