Been waiting near 18 minutes in matchmaking on ANY location, ANY enemy, ANY difficulty.
My internet connection is fine.
Is matchmaking broken?

If I don't find a match within about 30 seconds to a minute, I usually cancel searching, and then start again. I almost always find a match immediately after doing this, and I've got permanently Strict NAT.
