So what gives?

I always log in, always save a game at camp. Have ungeared and regeared all my characters (my PC and the Party characters). Still in 16 levels my character has never been uploaded at all.

The diagnostic page is useless and does not even show my main character, it only shows a dwarf I tinkered around with in the character creator. Oh and to add injury to insult even though my 16th level rogue does not show up anywhere in my profile their achievements does and they do so like clockwork.

To provide some additional information, the character in question was created inside the actual game and NOT the character creator.

I found this on the FAQs...

"No one has visited your DA player profile page - the system decides who to sync based on whether their profile has been visited in the past day."

I was having problems with mine updating, and that fixed my problem. I just had my wife log in and check my profile.

There are a number of reasons it might not have uploaded, I believe. Firstly, as BensZ28 said, get someone to log in and check your profile - or do it yourself from your browser (not from ingame). There's a big backlog, and if you're not a high priority, you can wait ages.

Secondly, check your settings under Options/Online and make sure that 'Upload Character Profile' (or some such wording) is selected.

Thirdly, check how many files are on your profile page already (even if you can't see them they may be on the server). Without the diagnostic, maybe check the screenshots ingame, it gives the number of files there. If you have reached 100, then no more files will upload. If you have reached the maximum number, delete some screenshots to clear space (if you can). I've actually had to turn off 'upload screenshots' in my options to prevent it hitting 100, which it does very quickly. You can still manually upload individual shots as & when you like.

Oh, and make sure you are launching the game from the launcher and not from the .exe.

Hope this helps.
