I think BW has some kind of face-scanning machine + software that scans your face and reconstructs it as a model for the game. Either that, or they have someone who is really good at using the appearance construction system to remake actual people.

(I personally think Yvonne looks better as a blonde btw)

EDIT: The quote code got all screwed up when someone else quoted me, and when I quoted Tzarakiel it just got worse, so I repaired it manually.
