On Gold:

Revive/Medi-Gel = 3 bars of health
Wave ends and you are alive = 2 bars of health
Wave ends and you are dead = 1 bar of health

Sooo... using basic math if you get revived before a wave ends on Gold you will have full health (5 bars) when the wave ends IF you take no more damage before so.

BUT

If the wave ends and you are down you only get two bars of health when the next wave starts.
If you are dead when the wave ends you start the next wave with one bar of health.

The GGG meme is just about right.

umm what? On pc this is different
Medigel = full health
Revive/"wave end revive"= 2 health
End of wave= 2 health

So if you get revived before wave end you have 4 health bar. I know, I used to commit a lot of suicide when I had only 1 bar and saw only few enemies left. Im 100% sure these are the correct values.

Edit: forgot to mention, it bugs, when you get a dmg right at wave end, like a rocket or a slower projectile, and whlie you take DoT like acid, or banshee warp, or when you are being shot by a turret at wave end. Sometimes you will only get 1 or no health bar if one of these happens.
