So, I contacted customer support about this issue, and they said to post about in here.
I have only promoted 32 characters/classes, but for whatever reason my N7 special ops team rating is at 37. Not a huge deal, but I don't really want credit for something I didn't earn. As far as I can tell my in game N7 rank wasn't effected by whatever caused it, just the sp assets were effected.
Odd little hiccup in the system.

mine is stuck at 13 despite how many times I've promoted, contacted support too and nothing so far (they also told me to post it here, I did and yea.. nothing too)

When you check your war assets, press square to bring up the galaxy at war map. Your assets should be refreshed when you check again. If that doesn't work, you're glitched/bugged/etc.

it's not about the in game asset, that works just fine (it updates when I promote just as it should), the issue is within the website, galaxy map is stuck at 100% for every part of the galaxy, n7 rating stuck at 13 and the other game is at 0 (but I don't have it so that's at the least working)
