I'm aware of the things that were simply not added, but my question is about weapon profiencies mostly directed at the Werewolf form. I know single weapon style stacks with the form, but I was wondering if the shifted form gains bonuses from the weapon profiencies such as daggers etc....
Appreciate answers and thanks in advance.

The werewolf paw item doesn't have a set proficiency field (either of the BG1 or BG2 type), so you'll get neither bonuses or penalties regardless of your WP's.Krazy Solo wrote...

You couldn't specialize anyway unless you dual class to fighter, and since the paw is only the equivalent of a plain shortsword for hit/damage (though it counts as +2) it would be pretty pointless to do so.

Unmodded, I believe offhand abilities carry through as exploits. e.g. dagger of venom poisons, shields improve armour class, Belm increases APR at the expense of THACO.

Already knew about the off hand with Shapeshifter just make sure you have the weapon or shield equiped prior to shifting to gain the benefits. Also any activation and passive abilities are still applied in wereform although chance to cast only triggers with offhand slot.
I was currious outside the single weapon style did any of the individual weapon profiencies benefit the form.
