I've spent the last month and a half playing Mass Effect 3. First I went and completed it on PS3, I imported my character from ME2. Then I decided to go on Xbox 360 and complete it. You see, I've played Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 on Xbox 360, so when I import my characters and decisions, I have alot I've done. I always play the Mass Effect games as the Ultimate Paragon. I don't do Renegade ever and have yet to do so in any of my Mass Effect games. So thus I have ALOT of charm options built up
Every Mass Effect game has some glitch to it. In the original Mass Effect game, I was able to max out my Charm/Paragon score by clicking on the same bug on the floor about 100 times. Mass Effect 2 I had a glitch where my Commander Shepherd had no head during a cut scene and I had a glitch where my gun wouldn't stop firing. So heading into Mass Effect 3 I just assumed for another glitch, except I didn't expect it to turn out the way it did.
Slight warning: This next part will include some spoilers, although by know everyone already knows the story.
By the time you get to Mass Effect 3, you've built up a few romances during the first two games. For me, I chose to romance Ashley in Mass Effect and Miranda in Mass Effect 2. Thus these two characters are fighting for your attention. I decided to play them both. When visiting Ashley in the hospital after nearly dying on Mars, my Shepherd told her that the relationship with Miranda was over and that it didn't mean anything. Somehow Ashley believed this and thus that relationship started again. Next I met up with Miranda on the Citadel, who likewise asked if she was still part of my characters plans for the future. I said she was, and the relationship continued.
At this point  the glitch came into play.
Some way, some how I find myself on the Citadel after Cerberus has attacked it. I go up to Liara who is looking out over the Citadel. I begin to talk to her and strangely the conversation leads me to saying that Shepherd wishes he and Liara could be more than friends. Liara then kisses Shepherd and yet another relationship has started. The running total right now is 3 relationships, which is part one of the glitch i had. The game should only allow 2 romances, and then eventually 1 love scene. However, the glitch I had continued.
For some weird reason, I met up with Miranda again on the Citadel in on of the apartments in the Presidium Commons. Strangely after talking to her, I get to have the love scene everyone gets when they romance Miranda. Then towards the end of the game, this glitch continues. Just before arriving at Earth to counter attack The Reapers, Ashley comes to Shepherd's cabin and they engage in that love scene and then the screen fades to black. Right after the screen faded to black, the scene repeated itself. Liara came walking into Shepherd's cabin and the love scene occurred and the screen faded to black again. Strangely when Shepherd wakes up, Liara was the only one still in the bed next to me.

Seriously, this has to be one of the weirdest glitches I've seen in these games. I AM NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT IT. Being able to continue romancing all 3 characters was awesome but also incredibly confusing. For some odd reason, my Mass Effect 3 story had this glitch in it. I'm just curious, Has anyone else had any really weird Mass Effect 3 glitches like this?

WIN.

Nah, I haven't experienced that type of glitch since I don't stray. There are other bugs which annoy me, though.

The first Paragon response from Jack's conversation in Purgatory is bugged in such a way that it allows to romance her and another character simultaneously, provided you lock in the other character as your love interest first and then go talk to Jack, choosing that response when it comes up.

I exploited the bug once and finished a game with Jack and Ashley. The goodbyes on Earth were a bit surreal, it must be said. First there was Shepard and Ash saying those really heartfelt words to each other before kissing goodbye, and then Shepard walked up to the communicator that was standing maybe 15 feet away, talked to Jack via hologram and had her tell him that she's going to get laid. Cue "I love you too".

Probably for the best that I had that Shepard die at the end. Not the best idea, idea, pissing off Jack and Ashley like that.
