Heh, my first (and so far only) Rebellion character is the Ex-Cerberus Adept. Oh how I wish I could trade him for a Salarian Infiltrator or Geth Engineer.

I unlocked him last night and honestly he's not very good. He's a good laugh on bronze but lacklustre on harder settings compared to other adepts. As to how long before you get him - how long is a piece of string?

I just unlocked him about an hour ago, then my internet died, then I ended up in a FBWGG lobby when searching for a Random/Random/Bronze game to try it out in and was promptly kicked.

It's fun Lashing enemies around.

Considering your manifest and approximating the number of pack bought divided by an assumed number of gold cards received my calculations say that buying anywhere between 7.31 and 6415.87 packs will get you that character with the highest chance after the 348th pack. Good luck

I love my cerby adept. He's insanely fun! Not the most powerful class, but he's definitely gold-viable. Probably one of the most fun. Dat lash.
