Why wasn't Jack an option for femshep?

Usually when someone complains that a character wasn't made a same-sex romance option I want to faceplam, since it generally involves retconning straight characters or making characters 'Shepardsexual.'

But in this case it actually makes sense. Jack mentions prior female lovers in Mass Effect 2, so it is a bit odd that she was never made a potential LI for Fem Shep.

DudeShep: Umm hmm I don't know here, straight DudeShep seems find just add Gianna, Shiala

I wouldn't no, but then I've never played as FemShep and BW had been tempted to do a ME2 FemShep that romances Thane but BW did a good job destroying that idea. So I went with Javik because hey why the hell not, he has neck ridges like Thane.
