in that SS, the two red lines are blocked by debris and fire. The black line is a locked door that needs a key.
I just helped gilmore kill everyone in the room hes in, hes now just guarding a door in that room.

i cant figure out how to get past the fire or locked door to get up to where the quest arrow says to be.
