Codes for Blood dragon armor and shale worked, installed and downloaded - buuuuuuut

the collectors edition items redemption code is getting an error message:

Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly.

Unable to redeem code

I have checked it and double checked it many times as well as had someone else read the card in case i was losing my mind, the code is entered correctly.   I guess I'm just wondering if anyone else had trouble with this.
