Currently you can add more party members by the zz_addparty xxxx console command.
Now during the game sometime you will see interactions take place with the phantom member but the gfx doesn't display properly, nor is their audio (the exception seems to be the dog, which always seems to correctly bypass the party limit).
Further, this can cause character corruption at times.
So a great mod would be to fix this somehow, as well as to add random banter between the group members.
It would be difficult though, b/c sometimes several different party members might have the same lines.
Thoughts?

this mod definitely needs to be created. But in the mean time, can someone tell me how you add the console command?

Not sure exactly which interactions you're talking about here - but if it's character interjections within conversations with NPCs, the issue is most likely to be that the extra party members do not have a place within the stage in which the conversation is being conducted. Fixing this would likely require overriding every stage within the game.
If you're talking about banter conversations that just happen as you're walking along, then I'm not sure why the error would be occurring, let alone how to fix it.
