Let them talk [Old Man and a Kid scene support thread]

No theories here...

I just think that extended "Old Man and a Kid" scene could be a nice way to present full EC epilogue. The scene is not necessarily should be as static as the current one. But the main concept of the scene is very good for the epilogue.

I hope BioWare will uprise the scene to the new level, and use it the create the most beautiful epilogue in the game development history. This could be for example a fully animated dialogue scene with a lot of "flashbacks showing the past".

It has about as much worth to the plot as the Normandy scene.

As in no worth at all.

If we're getting epilogues, they should be relevant, and not this kind of pretentious garbage.

I always just feel like groaning when I see it. I get the sentiment, and love that its a legit guy, but uuugghhh. I don't think it gets more cliche than that.

Did you hear the uncut dialogue with Anderson on the Citadel?
Really, that would have been the perfect epilogue if they just ended it right there.

Exactly my reaction upon seeing this thread and the one who made it.

Edit: Oh btw, to provide something that is on topic, I find that scene terrible and think it has no place anywhere inside that game, even after the space magic ending.

lol OP is a troll.

Old Man and kid scene was the icing on the cake for an overall terrrible ending. I struggle to think how they could have made it more insulting.

Stargazer scene was crap and is not a good epilogue by any means.

Didn't include that one because at least some people support it. Plus we have enough RGB fights in the other threads. I like to promote solidarity against stupidity such as this scene.

Oh, it is not so much that I discredit Control, they have some points. But I get the impression by now the OP is quite happy to pick things to support that are clearly not supported by the majority. Nothing wrong with this!!!!

But it begins to feel kinda forced by now...
