Seriously, spoiler section, what the ****? Normandy scene support thread? Stargazer support thread? What's next? DLC prompt support thread?

I'm almost tempted to do a support thread for the crucible just for the lulz. But I'm not sure if the trolling would be looked upon in a positive light.

EDIT: Just saw that there actually is one!! Lol.

Like I said, the concept behind the scene is fine but the execution is terrible.

Exactly...

...And I believe EC will fix that. That's why I created support thread. BioWare needs support, not a blind hate to make good EC. When some people here will finally understand this?

No one here hates BioWare. Your point is invalid.

80% of topics created here after ME3 release suggest otherwise... I was also very angry and confused, even created some unpleasent threads/replies... But then I promised to myself to be as positive as possible on this forum, because only this kind of behaviour will be constructive and useful.

Ignoring that this contains an arbitrary number pulled from the ether, most threads created here suggest people don't like certain things about Mass Effect 3.

It's a Grand Canyon leap of logic to believe this means most people hate BioWare.

You can be constructive without being positive. I like to think that I was constructive at the start of this fiasco whilst every word I typed was loaded with confusion and anger.

I love Night Mammoth's posts in these threads. It's how I imagine it'd look like if Clint Eastwood had to talk to someone from Jersey Shore.

...I didn't say "most people hate BioWare". I said "most topics here represent blind hate against BioWare's best job".

...I don't think that you can be constructive without being positive... or at least nutral.

You people have absolutely NO concept of symbolism or poetry do you? Everything must be laid out plain and simple? You must me spoon fed everything? Then THIS happened, then THAT happened, you had babies, a little house on the prairie etc.

Yes the ending was terrible. YES there was NO epilogue scene whatsoever. But, the Stargazer scene is fine. It's rather melancholic & sweet in nature. I understand the feelings behind it, the deeper meaning they were trying to convey but failed to do so. The galaxy went through a harsh time but is now slowly recovering. But oh no!!! BSN needs their cliche superhero Shepard making babies and holding up an American flag in victory.

Careful you don't fall of a cliff with how far you're backpedaling.

Then you are wrong.

Also, that comparison to Clint Eastwood is either needlessly flatering, and thus horrendous for my ego, or shocking, because I hate Jersey Shore.

Well, if you got my message wrong, this might be partially my fault. Anyway, I already deciphered what I meant, so don't talk about "backpedaling" please :)

I strongly believe that I'm right about being positive or at least neutral.

Why not? Because that's exactly what you're doing.

S - BioWare doesn't need hate.

TMN - No one hates BioWare.

S - Most threads here suggest otherwise.

TMN - Those threads don't mean people hate BioWare.

S - That's not what I said.

Correction, that is what you said, you just meandered toward it like the f*cking Amazon river.

If that's not what you said then clarify. Actually, don't clarify, correct yourself.

I said: "That's why I created support thread. BioWare needs support, not a blind hate to make good EC. When some people here will finally understand this?"

What exactly suggested you that I told only about direct hate against BioWare, or something like "everyone hate BioWare"?

Support and hate are the things that present in the forums. Some of the hate is a direct BioWare hate, some of the hate is a hate of some particular parts of ME3. Anyway it's the hate that will not help BioWare to keep doing good job.

...Well, I suppose that was an interesting example of how people can hurry with taking the words literally, and don't even try to think about what the words really mean. The great analogy of massive ME3 Endings misunderstanding in fact.

By suggesting that because most threads on this forum are negative about Mass Effect 3's various shortcomings, those people hate BioWare.

You were wrong. Admit it.

Support and hate are the things that present in the forums. Some of the hate is a direct BioWare hate,

None of it is, that's my point.

some of the hate is a hate of some particular parts of ME3. Anyway it's the hate that will not help BioWare to keep doing good job.

Whether there's hate, support, or f*cking ritual sacrifice in BioWare's glorious name is irrelevant. Something constructive does not need to be overtly positive.

...Well, I suppose that was an interesting example of how people can hurry with taking the words literally, and don't even try to think about what the words really mean.

I didn't realize that there could be a hidden meaning behind something quite literal.

S - BioWare doesn't need hate.

TMN - No one hates BioWare.

S - Most threads here suggest otherwise.

TMN - Those threads don't mean people hate BioWare.

S - That's not what I said.

All aboard the clue-train, last stop: you! That is what you said. What you said was wrong.

My god, any deeper meaning behind those amazingly obvious words is being hidden better than Harry Potter ever could.

The great analogy of massive ME3 Endings misunderstanding in fact.

Yes, the 'misunderstanding' card again, stained brown from the number of times it's been pulled from an ass.

It's not difficult to understand. I understand it. That's how I know it's all sh*t.

Some people prefer starting to play "find 100 different dirty ways to dishonor opponent's words, so everyone will listen to me, but not to my opponent's arguments" game, when they have no real arguments left, and become angry about it.

This thread is not a political debates. So please, stay on topic :)

Some people do.

Others like to backpedal, and miss the irony.

Good idea!

Your thread is bad and you should feel bad for making it.

There is nothing bad in supporting BioWare, so the thread is good. And I was right to create it.

You may try to dishonor that as many times as you want. But the point will remain the same: I did something good to help BioWare. But your current behavior helps nothing but your own pride.

I'll be the judge of that.

Well first off, again, I'll be the judge of that.

Second off, I'm not trying to help BioWare right now, I'm arguing and disagreeing with your attempt to do so.

To be honest I don't hate Bioware I still remember their greater works (namely all the others since dragon age)

I'm growing less fond of Speculations however.

So let's support BioWare. I'm sure the endings is the only thing you don't like in ME3 right now. And I'm sure EC will fix that...

...But fixing doesn't has to mean removal of scenes which have a great potential. They just need to uprise such scenes to a new level and make them more detailed.

Supporting BW doesn't mean blindly agreeing to all they produce.

Criticism will help BW to learn from their mistakes and produce a better quality product the next time around.
What they don't need is a group of yes-men fanatics who believe everything BW touches is gold.

I object to the way it invalidates our choices. Having Buzz Aldrin recont the effect of every decision I made like the sideshows from Fallout 3 and NV then that would have been a decent end. As it stands no I don't like the endings but I do have other issues which is inevitable in a series this large and complex both logically and morally. To dislike those things is not to dislike the game overall or Bioware overall it is amply dislike those things.

I didn't agreeing with anything blindly. A had a lot of days to think about some particular parts of the ending, including this one. There was enough criticism already. Both constructive and unconstructive. And now it's time for support, because EC is already in production and will be released very soon.

...I'm sure they will not remove the scene from the game. I'm sure they will use its potential to make a great epilogue. And I support that.
