To be honest I don't hate Bioware I still remember their greater works (namely all the others since dragon age)
I'm growing less fond of Speculations however.
So let's support BioWare. I'm sure the endings is the only thing you don't like in ME3 right now. And I'm sure EC will fix that...
...But fixing doesn't has to mean removal of scenes which have a great potential. They just need to uprise such scenes to a new level and make them more detailed.
Supporting BW doesn't mean blindly agreeing to all they produce.
Criticism will help BW to learn from their mistakes and produce a better quality product the next time around.
What they don't need is a group of yes-men fanatics who believe everything BW touches is gold.
I don't agreeing with anything blindly. A had a lot of days to think about some particular parts of the ending, including this one. There was enough criticism already. Both constructive and unconstructive. And now it's time for support, because EC is already in production and will be released very soon.
...I'm sure they will not remove the scene from the game. I'm sure they will use its potential to make a great epilogue. And I support that.
How can you support something which completely undermines the whole trilogy as a child's story. Made worse by poor writing and a background which they downloaded from the internet.
It has potential alright. Potential to mar and ruin any decent epilogue they could make as obsolete.

I didn't have such a vision of the scene even when I've seen it for the first time and was angry about the endings in general. I don't know how did you come to such conclusions. Maybe because of that silly thread about "devs have stolen the epilogue from some dark metal band's song"?

Because it's a terrible scene?
Also, look up the images - I'll edit with the links - you'll be amazed and astounded about how much work actually went into that scene.

There are tons of art that looks similar, so what? Moreover, they can improve the scene to become full-scale non-interactive dialogue... Or at list the scene will become something similar to DA:O "static-art-epilogue".

Old Man and kid scene was the icing on the cake for an overall terrrible ending. I struggle to think how they could have made it more insulting.

BioWare have an excellent money maker called ME3 Multiplayer. So my feeling about free DLCs is not unreasonable.Sauruz wrote...

Some particular art can't be understood right away. It needs time to be processed.

That's the reason why MP DLC is for free. They still get enough money from people who pay real money for boosters trying to get the new characters and weapons. However, they gain nothing from releasing single player DLC for free other than good reputation, but they get enough of that for all the MP DLCs they release for free.Seival wrote...

I still think that ME3 Multiplayer might be the reason for all DLCs to be free. Well, it will depend on how good this money maker will really be of course... I already spent how many? Something like 200$ or so there. And I'm planning to spend even more.

LOL
But truly, there is no art involved in the ending of Mass Effect 3 what so ever. Only pretentious bullcrap.

Its both. Its disconnected. We have no idea who these people are, where they are, their relationship to each other, how much time has passed or anything else of value.
Utterly pointless and robs us of our actual conclusion, the one with the people we actually give a damn about, actually have an emotional connection with.
