Quick Match for Silver, went into a Gold Lobby (didn't realise).
Fought to Wave 6, assist to take down 4 VIPs, proceed to lose connection to ME3 Server.
Another new reason why I fail Gold and don't wanna do it =/
the reasons you fail on gold

Team always fails. I'm going to stop rezzing randoms in wave 10. They ruin my ability to solo the objectives. Unless its a hack. Then, I might be screwed.

When I play Gold i make damn sure i bring a high-damage weapon to the round. Other people often don't. This can weaken our chances.
The main reason i lose on Gold now is when we get 4 device objectives. Mainly the part where Bioware has caused at least one of these devices to spawn right in the centre of the map. And also because they have programmed the hordes to camp said device instead of chasing after us. Usually a missile or two sorts it out but damn, Bioware... that's just cheap!

3- tech casters that keep using overload on brutes when i already threw my warp on them and im trying to trigger a BE,in which overload cancels my warp
3 - For the billionth time, it doesn't cancel anything, your biotic field is still on it. Your throw just triggered a techburst, throw again and you'll get your BE...

I ran gold last night and on a recovery and escort mission. The guy decided to camp with the object an by take it to the drop zone. I was so upset! He was clearly sabatoging
This was FBW against geth. I had the primes occupie with decoy all he had I do was leave the fricken room! It was wave 10!
What exactly do you mean? I was in a game last night on FBW and I picked up the object and took it to the recovery zone but nothing would happen.

Kiting a big [insert mob here] and not noticing a [pyro, hunter, marauder, phantom, republican] some ways behind me.
Dying trying to res others; altruism is a killer, man.
People not using consumables on later waves (or running out of consumables by then).
Cause I'm not good enough to carry randoms on Gold; but I'll give it my best if the team is slacking; I'm not a jerk or a quitter.

Usually, it's because the team focuses on the big enemies, and we get shot by cannibals or marauders or whatever Goddamned Bats there are for that faction. Either that, or a surprise turret. Or the evil 'A' button (xbox360); trying to run and accidentally hugging the wall is trouble.
Well, that stuff and garden variety incompetence.

When a teammate across the map dies and my buddy runs off to revive leaving me to fend for myself and getting swarmed. I figured its best just to run off too even if we had decent cover/positioning and were handling the match pretty smoothly just on our own.
Panicking and failing to aim at the cover sufficiently to get behind it due to the "i can do everything" A button. Problem is I think my A button hates me.
When the team has a tech spammer requiring a triple throw for hopes of setting off that BE to stagger/soften/kill the mass horde approaching our position. I don't mind re-throwing. Its only when everything is FUBAR and those precious seconds for my cool down can make a huge difference.
Missing two missile shots in a row causing me to drop my controller and question my motivations for gaming in the first place. This does pass, hopefully.
Playing as an infiltrator. I finally got around to getting a level 20 infltrator promoted as part of the recent weekend event. I'm not completely hopeless, but if the team has bled out and only I remain to solo a round, it is not a pretty sight. Its even worse when I know the rest of the team is witnessing my fail. After this happend I did earn enough exp to promote my lvl 20.
