I doubt we'll be getting the first one on August. I hope we do though.

looks like we'll be getting 4 new novels in the Mass Effect series that connect ME3 and Andromeda and answer a lot of burning questions. from the article:
A new series of Mass Effect novels published by Titan Books will serve as a link between the original Mass Effect trilogy and the upcoming Mass Effect: Andromeda.
The canonical novels will function as prequel and sequels to the in-game events, "and will become part of the overarching Mass Effect saga," Titan Books wrote in its Fiction Rights Guide. Each book will focus on key characters, "answering the many questions fans have been asking."

They're late, I discovered that link a week a go. And at that time it was already months old, but I didn't google it before getting hyped during E3. The gaming press sucks so hard.

Amazon in Germany and the UK suggests that it might come out in November, which makes more sense.

Oh hell, don't tell me that.
I might overreact.

If prequel book 1/4 comes out in November ... either we get one book every month or MEA isn't comming out in March 2017.

Maybe now BW will address this oficially since it's getting traction on the mainstream media.

Until it comes from the horses mouth don't believe any release dates that come from anywhere else. As for right now it's Spring 2017. FYI, Mass Effect 3 came out March 6th 2012. The last piece of Mass Effect anything came out a year later (if memory serves). So assuming they started real production late 2012 early 2013 that would be five plus years of development. That's to far of a push from a Spring to a Fall release.

Pretty sure Cheviot was talking about the first book, dude--not the actual game. Unless you are, too, and I missed the announcement of a Spring release date for the book?
