What that even mean????
There's probably stuff hidden in very out-of-the-way part of the maps, where you have to be in a particular part of the map to see, or even out of the map. Little easter eggs, nothing major. In the Shep Trilogy, there were things like Rachni "singing" on the moon in ME1, or the Ark of the Covenant in the Citadel DLC. DAI had a large pork pie wearing a top hat hidden under Skyhold, and a powerful helm hidden outside the map that had this whole ritual (on another map) to follow to unlock it.

I'm curious then what triggers these unseen things. Wasn't there a secret quest in Inquisition where you had to jump on something X amount of times?

Started reading and never finished two of them. Pizz poor writing, if you ask me. And, if there is more of them, I wouldn't know and don't care.
As to Jemisen's Andromeda Initiative novel, if there are a few chapters that I can read first, I'll do that and then make a decision.

It was speculative/reaction to the E3 trailer, it was very short sadly. Granted it's radio content versus online content where they can't stay on a particular topic to long, but still.
