TIM was a good character in ME2, when he wasn't exactly the antagonist. In ME3, he was...meh.

I liked him as the villain, but grew tired of Shepard always asking questions about his involvement, and not finding answers.

And there were far too many suicide possibilities in the series; it lacked impact any longer, esp if one had already seen this with Saren.
