Ooo! Neat! If you're going for photorealism, photogrammetry is a fantastic tool. The college I teach at offers a course in it, I've been meaning to see if I can sit in some time (I tend towards more stylized art direction, but it would still be a good skill to have...)

Does this read as no Quarians to anyone else? They seen to answer in a more consoling way in comparison to other questions about what will be in Andromeda.

I believe, if I'm not incorrect, that they focus tested some people (or at least some guy said they did) and the consensus of the group was that the quarians and one other race would be okay if they eliminated them.

I remember that, yet the other race the focus group said to get rid of was the krogan and they are the race besides humans promoted the most.

It's way too ambiguous to draw any conclusions from it. Which is their intent.

Hm. Kinda getting that vibe too, though it could just be them wanting to hold onto surprises.

It does bring up a good point, though: quarians and their fragile immune systems would have it extra rough in Andromeda.

If a species like quarians doesn't make it in MEA, you can leave all your hope for minor species like Drell, volus etc...

 

Now I'm really worried for Turians again... I'm sorry, I know, I know, everybody's saying they are council race so it's an obligation for them to be in MEA (like Asari and salarians, already confirmed) ... but until I don't have any real confirmation, I will stay on my guard.

I wish I had a twitter account to ask them the same question but if it's for having an ambiguous answer, maybe it's better to not ask anything else.

That's really odd for Quarians not to be in the game. I mean Tali was our companion in 3 games, and many fans adore them I believe... I mean, those articles about sweat... anyway It would be really odd to leave them out, including the Turians since they are part of the council and adoration for the species too... so yeh, if they were cut out, I'd be disappointed.

 

I'm more curious if certain species don't make it... the new ones gotta fill in the gap and I hope we meet more than just 2 species, those rumored 2 anyway.

But I will terribly miss my turians if they aren't in the game, they made me love the trilogy even more (I suppose the quarians' fans feel the same)

 

It's still too early to tell who's really on the crew or not, so... wait and see. And cross all your fingers.

Its just... Is already hard to think at this game as mass effect without all the characters and the enviromant of the last trilogy. Without the races too. .is just a space shooter for me.

I noticed the Tempest CIC isn't of Turian design like the Normandy. -back of the ship
Neither of human design. -middle of the ship
Instead it's at the front,maybe Asari design?

The Arks also remind me of Quarian ships.

The Tempest also doesn't have Alliance/Cerberus colors or logo like the Normandy in ME2/3,instead it's just black,white and red,like the first Normandy(ME1),and it's just "Tempest" without anything else.

Maybe we crash the Ark and build Tempest from it's parts,or stolen alien ship then redesigned.

I wouldn't really read very much into stuff said by the Mass Effect twitter account. I've never got the impression they're really "in the know".
