Needless to say, I disagree with the VGA award.

Claptrap is the single most annoying character I've ever seen/heard in a game. But then again, people these days like annoying, so I guess it makes sense.
If this is true Dianna Allers would have won for shure.
Naaah this is a show for Teenagers, despite its 18+ rating of the presented content.

18+? Then why did they censor the naughty words? 18 year olds can fill in the gaps in the sentence "I've had it with these mother ... snakes on this mother ... plane."Grubas wrote...

Oh god its about the games. The games presented were 18+, mostly.
And of course they censored swearing, because the show was aiming at... you get it now?

To me, the flaws aren't as much of a problem as they are to other people. Some think the ending is a huge flaw that ruins the series. I like the ending, so it isn't a flaw to me. There are small things, yes, that do annoy me but it is one of the best games for me in the past 5 years. Ten is a harder choice for me, as many great games came out, but for me it is a great game.FFZero wrote...

Where did I mention the ending in that sentence? I’ll admit I’m no fan of the ending but I wasn’t alluding to that. Personal feelings about the ending aside ME3 has many flaws. To name a few, past choices that they’ve been building up over the series really have no meaningful impact aside from a few EMS points either way. It has the worst journal system I’ve seen in a game within recent years, it tells you absolutely nothing and doesn’t update you when you’ve completed something or got random MacGuffin A for random bystander B. The story arcs of certain characters are just..there is no word to describe how badly they treated certain characters and fans of said characters, Jacob in particular. I’m not saying it’s a bad game just not GOTY worthy.

But Jakob had no fans.

ME3 has a lot of flaws and really didn't deliver on a lot of fronts. It very much feels unpolished and it would have been laughable if it won GOTY.

Here you go, it starts at 5:50.
Is anyone else imagining a cheesy sit-com where Garrus lives in an appartment with both Shepards? They drive him crazy and every now and then he has to go and see his therapist, played by Jack. Recurring characters include Kaidan the nosy neighbour, Grunt the local bartender, and a retired Hackett who is always telling people to get off his damn lawn!

I would watch that program, provided they have FemShep and Garrus dating to add a bit more drama to the situation.

Engine limitations and the time crunch really showed for this one, but the camera work was quite nice overall, I agree.Vertigo_1 wrote...

Personally I think video game awards should not categorize in genres. Instead, shows like the VGAs should include new categories, like best sound design, sound mixing. Cinematography, as mentioned above, is also a good category, but should not be judged based solely on what good cinematography means in a movie.
