Given Jos was still working on whatever he's working on before the break, it'd need to be finished even before they started QA and console certification.
Unless they're working on two or three things simultaneously (which I do remember someone hinting at), it doesn't look like they'll announce anything for a while. Even then, we're due for another MP expansion rather than another singleplayer pack.

but jos already said that this was for single player (it was 3 things at once he said)

I think that was me, but I was reading into things incorrectly. Turns out, they were actually working on the same thing, this Anniversary DLC or whenever it is coming out.

"Stopped working on <redacted 1> and <redacted 2> for a bit to check out <redacted 3>"
(though granted it could've even been referring to Casey's other IP in [pre?]production, who knows)

Or 3 parts of the same DLC.

It was Jos, and he meant to say that he was working on different pieces of "logic" or sections of the same dlc. He explained it in this thread some pages ago.
This is the dlc everybody is talking about: the one which has all 8 writers on board (which does not mean that its core plot is written by all of them), the one that will have many of the cast members (according to some tweets) and which will definitely have Sam Hullick music in it. And by some of the developing team's tweets we can assume that it is already in the post-production phase. That's all we know about it.
At the moment there's only this, one SP dlc (confirmed) in the works and we got a hint about a MP dlc (which would be called "Reckoning").
Are these the last dlcs for ME3? Highly doubt it and nobody hinted it. I think that we will get at least another SP dlc. But it sounds to be big and "special" (I have no doubt it will be interesting). But by now we should all know how Bioware's marketing and hyping devise works, so I think no one should over-speculate things or set their hopes and desires too high:
eg. "it will change the ending or will be a new ending" (very, very, very unprobable), a new enhanced Priority Earth campaign (maybe in the form of a huge pacth or part of a possible enhanced edition pack like with The Witcher 2, if it will ever happen, but not as a traditional dlc), "it will include a new "insert a wish" squadmate" (it is discussed to death that it's technically not possible to include a new one), "it will have a hub world" (maybe, but unprobable), "LI dlc" (dlcs are not created for satisfying wet dreams... so no), "ME2 squaddie dlc" (given their already set role in the game and their possible deaths in ME2 it's a definite no go) etc. etc. These all fall under the category of wishful thinking, so lets just wait and see.

As much as the endings pissed me off, ME has just about ruined me for any other games. I bought Witcher 2 based on all the praise here and other places... and I just can't get into it (too wooden and nerdy for me).
Give me some damn news on the DLC!!

Yeah but that is because the pc version is superior. On the Xbox The Witcher looks like all the other games, good but nowhere near the pc version. But still like the thouht

Witcher 2 Nerdy?
Not likely. It's a mature tale. It's more "intelligent" than it is "nerdy" but thats just me opinion!

I haven't seen anything that screams "intelligence" to me in that game, but to clarify my point...
By 'nerdy', I meant that I'm not a big dungeons and dragons, LOTR kind of fan. I find the whole witcher concept nerdy, dweeby, dorky. That's just my opinion obviously, as I got drawn into Mass Effect's Star Wars/Star Trek style storyline (even though I'm not the biggest fan of those things either, lol), so I'm not one to throw stones or anything.

Maybe Frostbite 2 will give us that. Hopefully better, since ME4 will likely be a next gen title.Grubas wrote...

They announced it will run on Frostbite 2, same as Dragon Age III. I'd be fine with any engine as long as the game looks good.PnXMarcin1PL wrote...
Frostbite 2 or CryEngine 3-4 would be nice for ME4.

The engine is one thing, but like a car, it's just going to make the graphics go. The question is going to be what the graphics look like. I have the feeling people are assuming the games are going to look like Battlefield 3 the RPG, but it could look completely different.
I am actually looking forward to what they could create and being in house should help immensely.

Considering Witcher makes fun and/or subverts most of generic fantasy tropes, you either didn´t play far enough or somehow missed what the world is like. It makes Dragon Age look all happy and sunny. ( Mages have it worse in DA, but it´s hard to get a worse setting than where the main character´s reaction to a plan to save the world is screw the world if that´s what it takes to save it).
