They have also said in the past that we wouldn’t get Omega based DLC, that the EC wouldn’t add any additional endings and before ME3 was released they said countless times that we wouldn't get a prothean squad mate. So you can understand why people are skeptical when either Chris or Jessica say something isn't going to be in the game.

Same way the lied about all endings being possible without MP. The stickied post on it was the best. You know, the one that magically dissapeared ina forum error a month or so after launch.
The farthest I think they will even go, ending wise, is clearing up loopholes that still exist and extend the "breathing scene" a little so it confirms Shepard living. Other then that I don't think they will change any more of it. That's just me though.FFZero wrote...

We're more likely to end up on Palavan pre ending because that's something Casey and the writers wanted to do but had to cut out due to time contraints.
