I'd say if he had to backlog his emails just to see what it was, it isn't anything major. Probably "pre-order Dead Space 3 now and receive exclusive N7 armor for Isaac."

It would be great if we get a DLC announcement today (single or multi) - but I can't help feeling it'll be something like avatar clothing or something. Boarding the hype train, but keeping low expectations for now.  Edit - jumping off the hype train!!
