Alright folks, This. Has. To. Stop.

This is the the twitter thread. This thread was created for the sole purpose of discussing Tweets from Devs/Actors/Mods who come from the Mass Effect universe and how it pertains to Mass Effect or it's DLC... or even it's future.

What this thread is NOT however, is a place to post links OUTSIDE THE TWITTERVERSE and discuss it here. Please, I know you want something... a teaser... a teaser of teaser... but you completely give reasons for any Mods to close this thread. The original thread was closed due to this. If there is a link from twitter that is provided by relevant people (links to songs, or articles) then it is free game to discuss.

Sorry for the frustration.

I understand. But to be honest, this is one of the last few places people can huddle around a fire without someone pushing another into it. So I think people (and me) take that warmth for granted.

Working on creating piano sheet music for one of the pieces in the next #[/s]ME3DLC[/b]. It's purdy. Includes finger nums & chords, should be easy!

Weren't they done with the music on this DLC?

Most time the sheet music is actually created after the process is complete.

Concerning feedback and this new dlc from Mike Gamble:

I've read a lot of the feedback for our previous DLC, and we are constantly trying to improve. Stay tuned for what's next.

It's so easy to regain that 'God' status BioWare once had... hopefully they eat the food we're giving them :P

Yup yup. I do this as well. It's much easier to just make something up on the piano itself, than to write down the notes and then go about playing it. Saving the sheets until the end makes for more.. freedom, in my opinion.
But enough about music-lessons. Let's go back to tweets, eh?

I would like to know what was the most repeatable feedback they received from Omega.  What was the biggest complaint and what was the biggest acknowledgement.

In my opinion, the technical issues were pretty jarring (camera work / models spinning uncontrollably / sequences not triggering).  But I did love the class specific moment.  Feedback is always good... assuming its practical of course.

"THE DLC WAS TOO LONG AND EXCITING! MAKE IT SHORT AND BORING!"

Nah, probably the opposite though.

Most of the feedback I saw were this:
- Very good Gameplay and map design, story was decent/Mediocre/Not the strongest point of the dlc.
- Too expensive for what it offers (I'm pretty sure that this was the biggest complaint).
- Bugs in the worst possible moment that ruin the mood of the game (Like in Aria's speech).

Other that I saw but not very frequently:
Some people liked that the ending is affected by the choices you made on the dlc.

I really, really, really, hope they don't listen to the BSN about the class interrupts. Since I would very much prefer they not use them.

Primarily, because class should not have a significant effect on the story. And while the Omega interrupt didn't affect the story, there are far too many people on the BSN clamoring for interrupts that would.

But it helps personalize the story. I hate the fact that my vanguard Shepard turns into default soldier in every single cutscene.

Or at least let us see weapons that we're actually using out of cutscenes, no way would my Shepard be using a Predator/Avenger for everything. I think it's a good idea in theory to show our class-unique abilities, a biotic should be able to do bioticy-things and so on. But yeah.. this be the Twitter thread.

The ending is affected? Really? I haven't finished a full game with Omega installed yet, so I wouldn't know. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I believe he is refering to how you play the DLC will change how the DLC ends... spoiler info that cannot be discussed here.

Sascha Dikiciyan was done, and since he's part of a composer duo, it's safe to assume Cris Velasco is done as well.

Sam is done too:

@SamHulick
@Waples19 Digital era, man. :) Music is done & recorded. Sheet music is a separate process.

Not in a big way, but why not? It adds flavour, so to speak. I would have loved my Adept pounded Vasir to the ground instead of the other way round. Rogue Hawke throwing daggers at some points in DA2 was a minor but well done implementation of this.

I think he/she meant that Omega ends differently based on choices.

Ah. Then, yes, the ending of Omega is affected based on your choices. I thought he/she was referring to if Omega affected the ending of the game.
