I wouldn't mind small DLCs like the ones we got in the Cerberus Network, but I think they were mostly there as a reward to players who didn't buy the game used. ME3 has multiplayer instead.

Yeah the only small pack that is almost guaranteed is the Alternate Appearance pack 2 as they would not create the first one for only half of your crew. However I think more weapon packs are highly unrealistic because for what? There are enough weapons in SP to be honest and I can´t think of any MP exclusive weapons that are not in SP right now.

So the only possiblity for small packs is either Armor packs or some funny vehicle missions like the Firefighter pack I would love that)

Half the crew in ME2 didn't get anything in the alternate appearance packs.

The rumors saying that it tied into the SP was what was concerning to many, including myself.

If they did a co-op story mode that was self contained in the multiplayer and had no bearing on the single player mode, that would be fine and dandy. 

So long as it doesn't detract from the quality of the single player experience, they can do w/e they want with the multiplayer. As much as I enjoy it, the single player is why I buy Mass Effect games.

Well, if it just affects EMS ratings, then it would be ok, since you can already get the ''best'' ending with the EC installed. If it takes into account story decisions from your playthrough and affects the MP mission, that would also be ok, since it wouldn't affect SP( It would also be pretty cool to play through a world affected by your decisions in SP).

If it gives the people playing MP an advantage that people who play SP couldn't get, then I would agree with you.
I don't think it will be much of a problem though, since judging from the info we have, SP playthrough data will affect the MP's story missions, and not vice versa

VERY glad to hear that the next DLC is not going to be solely co-op. If it introduces a co-op element to the single player, fine, though I doubt that will ever happen with ME3 this late in the run. I am hopeful that we will get some good closure, as this is the final piece of Shepard DLC. Here's hoping we hear something very soon.

I can't imagine Bioware not including some kind of closure with Shepard and his crew. New ending? Nope. 
But since this is the end of all Shep-DLC for us, as well as them, I think they'll want to do something extra with this.

Well, if the writers move from their office now, there could be another dlc after this one at least. cause i dont hope that they have written stuff for this one until now, writings for upcoming DLCs should be done when Devs start working.

Agreed! The co-op speculation was totally made up here and now everyone is either excited or mad about it here on BSN :happy: Can't wait for actual information!
