I hope Alternate Appearance Pack 2 (Kaidan/Ash, Tali, James, Javik) will be out before or on the same day as the new DLC so we can use them.

Just don't make it part of the new DLC (like you did with From Ashses) so that way peopel who aren't interested in the DLC don't miss out.

If Alt Appearance Pack 2 is being made, I suspect it will be out before the next DLC. The last one was out before Omega.

Of course they would be proud of their work and think it badass. If I was part of that team I would feel the same way. But as a fan and customer, bioware has unfortunately made me skeptical about their abilities to put out great content after that massive fumble and fiasco that surrounded Mass Effect 3 and is still talked about today. I just hope they will eventually win me back and not make me abandon hope for the mass effect franchise, because Mass Effect will always be a part of my heart.

Getting excited.... Since I accidentally lost all my save games (stupid bloody Origin cloud data thing) I better get back into playing.

I'm kind of hoping this is the last SP DLC. I've been looking forward to doing a run through with my canon Shepard playing the "complete" game.

Yep, Montreal is handling the new Mass Effect. I think some Edmonton people were also working on it (Casey remains the Executive Producer in charge of the overall vision, for example).

That is the first time I have heard about using a "build" for a DLC.  Using a system with a build gives me the impression that this may not be a typical DLC.  That might be me hyping a bit...

Nonetheless, getting closer and closer...

It's a nice thought, but unfortunately the term 'build' is just a general term used for a version of the game or DLC which could be at any stage of development. Builds can also be sent to the 'secret' part of Xbox Live, that is used by developers. This allows "work in progress" builds of a game to be deployed to any Xbox with the required clearance, for testing or simply for evaluation purposes to see how development is progressing.
 

It's also the reason juicy leaks appear on XBL sometimes I would think
