The person above me posted an interesting link. But the majority of the BSN calls it ME4, ME# or not Mass Effect 4. Mass Effect Next does sound nice though.

Uh, Chris is the Community team manager., not a QA tester.  

He helps with convention planning, liasing with EA's worldwide teams, etc. In the past he was part of the unveiling of DA3, announcing ME3 DLC, that kind of stuff.

I guess, today we don't get new info about new DLC. I guess next week will be open up for informations. Tuesday or thursday possible.

I believe he was in QA a while ago but has since moved to Community Management. I'm thinking the secret stuff he's referring to at the moment will be things like whatever Valentine's surprise they've cooked up, DLC teasers for upcoming content, Datapad update, etc...
